El Patio RD is hands down one of my favorite food trucks. The food is always fresh, hot, and full of flavor every single time. The tostones are cooked perfectly, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the fried beef is absolute heaven. You can really taste the care put into every dish. Consistent quality, great portions, and amazing flavor. I highly recommend stopping by if you get the chance.

I took a 40 min drive to try this and WOW! I didn’t expect it to be this good. I come from NY and El Patio RD Chimi definitely did not disappoint. The tostones were soooo good and crunchy and so was the chicharron. The chimi definitely has the flavor that we all crave from one. I recommend this place 100%!

Recently moved down here from the Bronx and i cravedddd my heights food soo much!! Super happy i took the drive to go try them out. Yaroa was on point ; great flavor from the chicken. Quipe was huge and also incredibly flavorful. The chimi was BANGINGGGGG!!! I just wish that for $8, the chimi could’ve been bigger, found that it was too small. The cereza juice hit the spot! Will def be coming back regularly. Totally recommend everyone to go try them ❤️

So I got home from work and felt like eating something different from this ordinary stuff in riverview, I found this spot on door dash so I decided to try it, mind you I live in riverview off of big bend a nice hike for door dash, I ordered chicharron de pollo and chicharrones con toestones because I couldn’t decide. Food took around 40 minutes to get here and we’ll worth the wait, I’ve been in this area for over 20 years, im puerto rican from the bronx and OMG the food was absolutely phenomenal!!!! It was still hot, tender, delicious and very well seasoned. Thank you guys for a wonderful meal, can wait to actually go over there and get it nice and hot. I definitely recommend this food to anyone looking for a great meal.

It’s a food truck in a lot with other food trucks. Food really SUCKS! Ordered the pork chunks with Tostones. Pork was so freaking dried! And SALTY as hell. The taste wasn’t good at ALL! It was quite apparent that meat was infused with lots of vinegar, seasonings (more salt than anything), and oregano). These ingredients are used by food vendors when their meats are passed the selling date. I know because I worked at a Cuban Restaurant where they used to do just that! Which is why I left as I couldn’t sell their banquet events knowing that my clients were being lied to. What a shame because the reviews (apparently from people that don’t know anything about food quality) stated differently. $15 thrown in the garage and got severely ill! I started getting headaches, and my stomach was acting up, then followed by severe vomiting. I have saved the food in the freezer in the event that this product needs to be tested. I HIGHLY “DO NOT” RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! PURE GARBAGE!
