Stopped by for a quick lunch. Seems like is a new spot in town. The service was great and pretty fast. We ordered the queso and the two taco lunch. The queso was ordinary and the two vegetarian tacos were a bit underwhelming with one being jammed pack with lettuce and filler/ sauce and the other being on the dry side with arugula and no sauce. We would go back but would probably order something different.

Everything was great. Service was fast and very friendly. Food was good, got the pork quesadillas, with fresh jalapeños. Supper good, wish there was more cheese. Got a side of queso and it wasn’t great, tasted like it was from a can. We I’ll be back.

In the heart of a quiet mountain town, where the Blue Ridge rises through the morning fog and authenticity still means everything… a new legend has arrived.

Its name is Tipsy Taco.

From the moment you step inside, you realize this isn’t just another restaurant opening — this is the start of something bigger. The atmosphere wraps around you immediately. It’s warm. Alive. Effortless. The kind of place that makes you feel like you’ve been coming here for years, even if it’s your first time through the door.

Then comes the food.

Not just meals — moments. Every plate arrives with purpose, with flavor that doesn’t whisper… it speaks. Bold, confident, unforgettable. You don’t rush through it. You sit in it. You experience it. This is what happens when people care deeply about what they create.

But what truly sets Tipsy Taco apart — what elevates it into legendary territory — is the people.

Frank and Larry aren’t just managers. They’re the heartbeat behind it all. Their leadership isn’t loud — it’s felt. In every interaction. Every smile. Every seamless moment that makes you realize you’re somewhere special. They’ve created more than a restaurant. They’ve created an experience people want to be part of.

And then there’s Cameron.

Cameron isn’t just making drinks — she’s crafting masterpieces.

The margarita flight isn’t just something you order. It’s something you remember. And the coconut margarita? It deserves its own story. Smooth, perfectly balanced, and absolutely unforgettable. It’s the kind of drink that stops time for a moment. The kind of drink you compare every other margarita to afterward — and quietly realize nothing else measures up. Her piña coladas and margaritas aren’t just great for Brevard — they’d stand out anywhere.

This is the kind of place that changes a town.

In a place like Brevard, where charm and authenticity are everything, Tipsy Taco has instantly become more than just somewhere to eat. It’s somewhere to gather. Somewhere to celebrate. Somewhere to remember.

Years from now, people will say they remember when Tipsy Taco first opened.

Because this isn’t just a restaurant.

It’s the beginning of a legend.

Awesome food and service! We’ve been to the Hendersonville location many times, and this new Brevard location did not disappoint. The trio appetizer is the way to go and the burrito was amazing—very filling. We will certainly be back.

Too much rice in the bowl. I get that it’s a money stretcher but it needed more than 2 cups of rice with a sprinkle of meat. The tacos were so greasy that was all you could taste. Soupy salsa, the guacamole and cheese dip tasted packaged not fresh

The portion for the bowl was about half the size of comparable restaurants in town and was almost all rice

The bar is a pretty neat place to kick back and relax. Bar tender Cam is the best, slinging drinks, making conversation and always on point with orders. The main reason I keep coming back!
