My husband and I celebrated our anniversary in Grand Haven in the weekend of April 19 and April 20. On Saturday, April 20, about 9:00am after our coffee; we decided to walk across the street and try out this bread company. We were the only customers in there at that time. We were greeted by a young man at the counter. He was very friendly and pleasant to talk to.
The place looked great. The young man offered us samples of bread at the front counter. We sampled cinnamon swirl bread and that was good! We didn’t eat there, but got few things to go. We bought a Pizza Swirl Bread and some sort of breakfast ham cupcake/muffin (see pictures). Both of them were very delicious! Please stop by this place in the morning and get their breakfast cupcakes! I should have gotten my coffee to go to eat it with the breakfast cupcake/muffin.
I would recommend stopping by the bread company and try out their samples. I think they have different breads on different days. Looks like they make and bake fresh bread every day. I would definitely go there again if we’re in the area again. Atmosphere is good. It was cozy and smells amazing! Different fresh bread and treats were displayed.

Great little bakery in downtown Grand Haven! Good variety and availability, always fresh! We like the cheddar garlic bread to go with our homemade soup. Raspberry or cinnamon swirl for desert!

Holy delicious batman!! GET yourself a cinnamon roll. This bad boy is HUGE and my gooooodness it’s incredible. Hands down the best one I have ever had!!

Amazing prices and fresh baked goods. The service is always friendly and the bread and baked goods are incredible. The baked goods don’t always look pretty, but they taste great. At least one of the scone options usually has cream cheese, and they are different, but good! If you are in the area and looking for a quick breakfast treat and good coffee, I would highly recommend this place. It has a hometown bakery feel, and it’s certainly nothing fancy, but it is probably the best café in the area.

Each day they have specific homemade bread, slices are free! Both breads I tried were fantastic, and their pizza roll was super yummy! Inside has air conditioning and soothing Christian music. Will certainly continue coming back!!!!

We normally visit several times per season and bread is delicious and well made – both savory and sweet offerings. However this last time the dough was overworked and was very tough and dense. I’m hoping this was a “one off” so we will have to see. $38 for bread we couldn’t eat

I hadn’t planned on stopping here but I’m glad I did. The sign out front declaring Cinnamon roll called me in. I ordered a Cinnamon Roll and a cookie to go. However they offer a free slice of bread. So I got Cinnamon Chip loaf. I put butter and honey on it and sat down to eat it. It was simply Phenomenal. It was a large slice of bread, but I inhaled it. It was so soft and flavorful. It almost melted in your mouth. I ended up buying a loaf it was.
Friendly service by happy people.
The cinnamon roll and cookie ended up being Very Good, not as good as the bread though.
Overall 5 stars. Would I return? Oh Heck Yes!

Love the breads..they are awesome, but the amount of sugar veins in those types of bread is way to much. More bread and less sugar veins that are thicker than the bread. Bread with a taste of sugar not sugar with a taste of bread. Love the bread, love the people, love the service…just less sugar.

So yummy! The man who helped me at the counter was so friendly, he gave me a free sample and a free slice of the cinnamon bread. The treats I got were delicious, I wish I had bought more! I will definitely be coming back!
