Great sandwiches and service as you’d expect from JJ’s. I stopped by on a Friday lunchtime and found the location not overly busy. With so many corporations having closed their downtown offices, this isn’t too surprising. The online order system wasn’t working at the time, but with no line to wait in, not a major concern. They made the sandwich in a minute flat and I was on my way back to the office in a jiffy!

I tried a small turkey cob sandwich. Nothing bad about the sandwich, nothing great about it either. I felt the sandwich was good value for money. The place was busy but they were serving the order very quickly. The place is great for a quick takeout. I hardly waited for 10 minutes. I wouldn’t recommend dining in.

I was charged over $28 for an unwich. Large roast beef sandwich, no bun, rolled in a lettuce wrap with avocado and a piece of bacon. $28. Plus mediocre service. It’s no wonder we’re at 3.5 stars for Jimmy John’s. Last time customer here. Bad value, iffy service, okay food, extremely high prices (for a bunless sandwich)

I work in the building next door in the last 6 months, this JJ’s has gone completely downhill. The last 2 times I ordered a sandwich, the quality was abysmal. Half the sandwich didn’t have meat, there was no cheese I paid extra for, no tomatoes, and because I selected EZ mayo, I got NO mayo. It’s ridiculous to charge these prices for the most disgusting, sub-par “sandwich”. Never go to this store. They clearly don’t care about their business at all

JJ food quality and quantity have gone down a lot recently. If you get an original there is barely any meat. It’s pretty much a mayo sandwich and they charge you $11+ for it. I won’t be going back to any JJ anymore

Went to this location months ago, after ordering online for pick up. Showed up, only to be told they didn’t have the meat option I ordered available and was offered/sent a gift card in the mail as a refund- because they weren’t able to do so at-site for some reason.
We tried to use the gift card today for lunch, and it turns out it was never activated or loaded with any kind of refund. I’m disgusted.

Worst services ever met. Booked order on DoorDash, later for one hour app showed the order completed. No show at office, call the store, manager said no driver pls come to store. Went to store, manager said no order received, showed them the order, they made it randomly. Feel sorry for this store and customer service and everything!

I’ve never ordered delivery, but in-store this location really lives up to Jimmy John’s “Freaky Fast” motto. You can literally pay and sometimes walk to the pick-up area and your sandwich is ready. They’d totally get 5 stars if they were a bit less expensive or at least gave the hot peppers add-on for free.
