I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience at Buffalo Wild Wings was beyond frustrating.
We were there for over an hour and never received our food, only drinks. After waiting that long with zero progress, we finally had to leave. An hour is unacceptable, especially when nothing has even made it to the table.
To be clear, our waitress was not the problem. She was kind, apologetic, and clearly doing everything she could. The real issue is management. She was completely overwhelmed with far too many tables, and it was obvious the restaurant was severely understaffed or poorly managed that night.
When your staff is drowning and guests are walking out after an hour with no food, that’s not a server problem, that’s a leadership problem.
Buffalo Wild Wings needs to address its staffing and management immediately. Customers shouldn’t have to waste an entire evening just to leave hungry and frustrated.
Do better.

Was in town visiting friends recently and went in for a quick bite. The red head Lauren was phenomenal. She was so attentive and had great knowledge of drinks and food. Next time I’m in town I’m for sure coming to see her again.

Service here is TERRIBLE. Ordered takeout and it took them well over a half hour to even acknowledge us. Asked multiple staff members to check on our food and they were extremely rude. DO NOT GO HERE!

If I owned this place I would be seriously concerned in how it is being ran. 4/5 times going here they have been “understaffed” or “busy” despite a half empty restaurant. They should consider parceling off part of the parking lot because there is a snowballs chance in hell they’ll ever be able to service a full parking lot.
After waiting for 5 minutes to not even be acknowledged by the staff I asked the manager and was abruptly told that “you just gotta be patient”. A simple hey we will be right with you solves that.

This is three stars because I have had multiple experiences (varied) with this store. Some days it’s great and others like today have me scratching my head when I order a buffalo ranch chicken sandwich and half the ingredients are gone and it looks like they added mayo?

5 stars for Caleb! He was the only server who acknowledged our soccer team when we walked in for an unexpected lunch. Although being visibly flustered, he tackled all our tables w confidence and attention to detail to quickly get us fed, paid, and out the door in enough time for the kids next game. Hoping management sees this and can give him the recognition he deserves. Great job Caleb!

Staff was great but food has been awful and dry the 2 times we’ve visited. These wings are visibly dry, overcooked, and tiny as could be. None of my kids would even eat them, myself included. Too expensive to taste so bad.

The food is awesome. But today I walked in and a girl came out of the kitchen looked at me and then got in her bag and pulled out some body spray and proceeded to douse herself, lol I’m not mad, but that was very overpowering and it was near food. I’m just wondering if any thought was put into the fact that you’re spraying this body spray in a public place around peoples food

Pretty sure the bartender was running the kitchen solo. Not enough kitchen staff lead to a 1 hour wait time for chicken. Half came out cold others were super hot, all over cooked, but thankfully edible. If I were a waiter here I would look for employment elsewhere. I will never be coming back, and will use this place as a prime example of bad restaurant experiences.
