Single waitress was unable to handle making boxes, waiting on tables, answering phone, taking payments without everyone having to wait. Management was at fault for understaffing.

The food was okay but the buffet had minimal options, the sprite had black pieces in it, and the cucumbers in the salad bar were moldy. The waitress was unable to get the drink order correct despite confirming three times. I understand that she was busy, but maybe she could have written it down.
They did seem understaffed so you might have better luck coming in the afternoon.

Waitress was nice but not knowledgeable about product. Cook missed up my order. When I asked them to take it back and make it correctly, they refused. I did ask for a discount at least which came out to $8 but I feel that pizza should have been free since that was not what I order. And they refused to take it back. Dropped close to a $100 in there for that kind of service. I won’t be going back.

From 5 stars a year ago to 3 stars today. Closed 1/2 of the few seats, waitress went to the parking lot and talked to someone for a good 20 minutes, never checked back with us, and messed up the portion of the order to go, but didn’t fix it, just told us after we had to ask for our bill from the cooks. A sad state!
