Food was hot but what happened to the flavor. Had to add seasonings to make chicken taste better, nevee had to do that before. When did y’all loose the herbs and spices. You should bring them back.

I’m at work until 1015pm every night. My dad loves their pot pies… He’s a veteran bedridden can’t walk. So when I get off I always call to see if they have any left well last few times I’ve called and nobody will answer phone at this Bryant location ever anymore….it bites BCSE I can’t get my dad to eat anything but ramen noodles or oatmeal so when I can this location will not pick up phone they are open til midnight it says….

The food isn’t bad but twice they’ve refused to take an e gift card. It’s a KFC e gift card. Franchise office tools me they take them but the lady who says she’s the GM refuses. What’s the point of a KFC gift card if you can’t use it at KFC? I walked away again, with no food.

Check your family 8 piece family dinner this is the third time I’ve gotten all the way home and discovered all dark meat on a Thursday night . They pack everything on top making it hard to open it and check to make sure you don’t get screwed. Very clever they are! So I paid this price for all dark meat and cold to boot

Stopped by on the way through headed home from a road trip to grab a quick bite. Walked in at 10:55 to someone up front then walked to the back. After about 5 minutes someone finally came to take the order. The guy then in a rude tone says for future reference the lobby closes at 11. The sign as seen below says only hours of operations. Then was told 15 minutes for a filet so changed to a famous bowl with large fry. After the workers handled the food with no gloves or any hand washing we finally got our food about 15-20 minutes. We did not have a large fry so I asked about them only to be told didn’t order them so I ordered them and payed for them. All of the food was terrible between being to salty, hard as a rock or soggy. They also didn’t give the receipt just left it in the printer. After about 30 minutes all 4 people in the vehicle got sick Would give no stars if it was possible.

They turn their fryers off two hours before closing and whatever is cooked is what they will sell after 9p. Gross and disgusting. Manager said this as though it was ok but hurriedly swiped the card with no remorse even though we asked for fresh food. Never again

Come on y’all. Its not hard. You were perfectly able to charge me for my entire order, but you just couldn’t actually give me my entire order. Cole slaw…paid EXTRA for it, but didn’t not get it and now way to far away to turn around. Admittedly, my bad for not checking, but still. And man, when you’re craving kfc and those delicious biscuits and you get home with a crappy box of STALE dinner rolls, well gosh! No wonder kfc is shutting down all over place.

I didn’t buy anything I stopped because last October 22nd 2024 I stopped in and asked about the sign that says buffet I was told there is no longer a buffet they haven’t had a buffet in years I asked why is the sign still up That’s kind of like a bait and switch I was told well we haven’t got around to taking it down yet it is now September weeks away from a year and the sign is still up Bear in mind they update the specials on the sign every week makes you wonder The old bait and switch you once you get in the store you like oh well no buffet I guess I’ll buy something smh

This location is by far the worst KFC I’ve ever been to. Everything about this location is depressing. The workers act as if they hate the fact that you are there. If this location shut down then it wouldn’t be missed.

Rude drive through. The deals listed on the website were not available according to the drive thru attendant. The meat tasted good, but the size of the drumstick was about a centimeter more than a ketchup packet. I have a picture. Not good.
