The staff yall had working tonight was pitiful. Lady at the window serving the food had her hair falling everywhere like she just got out of bed, gut hanging out. Kids running around the kitchen putting their hands and stuff all over places that should be sanitary (don’t worry, nothing in there is sanitary to begin with) another lady at the other counter scooping sauce into cups with no gloves on and when the sauce would get on her hand that’s holding the cup, it was wiped on the rim of the cup to clean her hand off. Music so loud you can’t hear the lady standing in the window right infront of you. We had two orders and both orders were so far off from what we ordered and paid for that we figured we had to of gotten someone else’s order, except we were the only ones there. 10/10 would not recommend this location.

Went thru the drive thru got the family meal. Coleslaw was in tiny condiment cups, is this the norm? chicken pieces small not even the full count for the family meal. Fries were cold not even Luke warm and no taste. Had to go back to the walk up window to get gallon of tea, they had none made so had to wait over 12 minutes in the rain for it. The inside was fifty looking empty boxes all over. 1 “cook” and he was not wearing gloves touched anything and everything as well as helping to make the tea because unfortunately the gal work in the window could not reach it and back to cooking he went throwing chicken pieces around it was a true disgusting experience!

After waiting on my sandwich for about 10 minutes, I finally received it with only a drip of sauce on it with withered lettuce. IF the chicken itself had not been fresh and hot, I would have given one-star on everything!
