Sadly I have to give this place one star. I drove 45 minutes because it’s the only place that claimed to be open at 1:00 a.m.. I’m here at 10:49 p.m. And they’re closed. I would have love to have given them a proper review. I love visiting locations that I’ve never been to and I was really excited to see this place. Unfortunately after 44 minutes driving I arrive and the doors are closed. All the lights are off and nothing. So simply based on the fact that they list their hours as closing at 1:00 a.m. And at 10:49 p.m. in the evening they’re not open. They get a single star. If I could give zero star as I would. I wasted 45 minutes of my time getting here for nothing. So I’m going to move on to the next and let’s take a look at what else this city has to offer. But if I were you make sure that you call them before you try to come here. Maybe they’re good. Maybe they’re amazing but because their hours listed are faults they get a one star for me

For a place that doesn’t serve food , just beer and booze this place is a winner!
This place has “30” Taps on bar for your pleasure.
My favorite “ Alligash White” is always available each and every time I’ve stepped into this fine Pub! I give this place a 5 star revue because of a few things off the top of my head. First and foremost is the Bartender’s! And other employees! They are amazing and make you feel at home, they remember you when you come back and that’s a lot for this day and age of fast food dive bars and pubs everywhere !!!
There is plenty of fresh food around with a Chinese place just next door ( the bar staff stocks plates and utensils for you if didn’t get any when you bought your food…)
As always don’t forget tip the bartenders especially Danielle !!!!
they are the ones that make it all happen!

Such a cozy place to have a drink and dinner. Not super hungry? Have just an appetizer or snack. They have specials that are for everyone. A treat to all.

I visited The Bench and had an overall decent experience. The atmosphere was great for a sports bar and there were plenty of TVs to watch all the games. The service was friendly, but a bit slow at times. This place is made for regulars. Overall, I would recommend The Bench for a casual night out with friends, but don’t expect anything too exceptional however it’s a very enjoyable no frills bar.

If the owner didn’t come in half drunk swearing and acting like a fool then I’d rate it a 5. Oh and the wine bag waitress working 12-14 hours a Day is normal. No one wants to hear you complain about that. Especially your coworkers.
It’s a small town so everyone knows everyone here. But that don’t change anything the food and service was awesome! Waited awhile for the food (2 burgers and fries about 35 minutes.) they also call the catering place next door to put in food orders. (Weird to me.) I guess it’s more for booze then food? ♂️ Either way wasn’t bad. Don’t let the bad reviews scare you away go in open minded and just MIND YOUR OWN if you don’t like what someone says or does.

First time there with our family from out of state. . small quite bar atmosphere.. Good drinks and food was great.. I had the steak tips sub… Very good.. Waitress was very nice and accommodating for a large party of 14 coming in after a funeral service… Thank you!!

Staff was very nice, great prices on beer. Got the impression if the regulars didn’t really want you there, but the bartenders were very attentive. Place was a little cluttered with random stuff in corners. Did not have any food at this time. Like the idea of a poker night.

Oh my goodness love this place! I go most Monday night’s with a group of friends for their Free wings. Wings are the BOMB! strong drinks to boot. Friendly staff, outside sitting even. Can’t wait to try the mussels today (free aswell!) Try this place out if you haven’t you won’t regret it!

It was odd. It seemed excessively loud even though there weren’t many people and the sound on the 6 or so televisions (all tuned to a different station) was muted. The bartender was very attentive and repeatedly apologized for the fruit flies they seemed plagued with. But parking was easy and the margaritas were tasty
