Drive thru order 6pm 2/27 came to $5.22, gave the cashier $20.22. She just kept staring at the money, so I said the change is $15. She said ‘we don’t take pennies!’ I said the order was $5.22, so I gave you the exact change, she said no reason to be rude- umm what? I said again l
the change is $15. If you don’t want pennies then I shouldn’t be charged the 2 cents. She said next time know we don’t take pennies and shut the window on me.
What in donuts name was that. I get if you aren’t giving pennies back, but decent companies round up, but i wasn’t asking for pennies back. Either note you will only take credit cards, take the pennies you are charging consumers, or round up. So if you don’t take pennies, she should’ve given the pennies back. It’s on the company, not the consumer to pay the difference. Sadly haven’t been to this drive thru for a few years cause of previous bad service, and turns out still rude, but then why spend all that money on advertising.
Treat people like you’d like to be treated. Do better Dunkin!

Save your money, make your drinks at home!! $6 for a chai that tasted like milk and was filled to the brim with ice after requesting light ice and my drink was not to the top even with all of that ice. The sandwich I ordered was also incorrect. The store was not busy. I can’t imagine this is that hard of a job, the employees just do not care. The pictures are the drink when I got it, and after I scooped out the excessive ice.

I don’t think I can shop here since you can’t tip when you use a card. I use a debit card which is low fee for the merchants. This franchises policy is no tipping on a card. With the plethora of negative reviews for all kinds of things here I doubt anything will register. Even though tipping has gotten a little out of hand everywhere else, I worked in the service industry and I still believe in tipping service. Ownership, that doesn’t support free money for its employees, doesn’t deserve my business.

Went thru a drive thru 11/13 around 9am in the morning. The guy at the drive thru with the arm tattoos was so rude. Wanted to give dunkin donuts a try but I rather take my money to Starbucks because their customer service is way better.

I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru. The cashier who took my order was rude and made me feel rushed while I was trying to order. Instead of showing patience and good customer service, they seemed irritated and hurried me along, which made the whole experience unpleasant. As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect, and this interaction left me frustrated. I hope management addresses this so that future customers receive better service.

UPDATE 5.16.24: I ordered delivery this time. I ordered the everything bagel bites, bacon, egg, and cheese croissant, hash browns, vanilla latte with oat milk, and 3 donuts.
The sandwich looked like mush and tasted like blueberry. It was absolutely disgusting and inedible. The hash browns were all mushed together as well, very soggy, and tasted like freezer burn. Bagel bites were fine, thank god. Lesson learned: stick to the coffee and donuts.
——
We got an iced vanilla latte, two bacon; egg; and cheese croissants, hash browns, blueberry glazed donut, and Bavarian cream donut.
Everything was super tasty but the croissants barely had any bacon on them and it looked like they only gave us half the amount of hash browns that we should have gotten. Just need to tweak the ratios! Otherwise, great!

I was so pumped to have a Dunkin nearby but barely go anymore.
Coffee is okay, but it’s clearly evident why they took “donuts” out of the name. They’re so so bad. This mornings were literally ice cold like they came straight out of the refrigerator from yesterdays batch. Cub’s are about twice the size and fresh

Stopped in for the first time since it was close to where i was at. It was 7:45 and there were maybe 8 or 9 selections. The glaze and the frosting looked like they were running out that day, as it was pretty thin. I usually go to Sonrise and will probably go back there. Their donuts are quite a bit better than what I had at dunkin. Probably the difference between a small local business and a regulated chain store.

I ordered through the app. Right after picking up my coffee and donuts, I felt the cup was “light.” When I opened it, the latte was only 3/4 full, with no whip cream, etc as ordered. The donuts – delicious, $6+ coffee, B.S.

Ordered on the App for pickup via drive thru. No one else was in the drive thru and it took several minutes to be “greeted”. Staff was unfriendly. Loaded hashbrowns were cold and my sandwich was burned.
