My review on Dominoes is coming from the service because I didn’t get to place an order with them. I called and spoke with a lady on Sunday, Feb. 1 to first see if they were open and to also see if they were doing any deliveries since we still had inclement weather. She said they were just not in certain areas due to certain parts of the roads still not clear. I told her that I would call back once I got the order together. I called back 8 min later for me and my mom and got no answer. Called back 3 different more times, no answer. I called back later again for the 4th time and the lady answered and said sorry we are closed. Keep in mind if they were closed when I called back the first time all they had to do was say that, why ignore the phone? I think that is very unprofessional for a business. That kind of stuff causes customers not want to deal with a business. Right now I’m disappointed with the Holly Springs location and won’t be trying this again. I can understand if you’re short staffed possibly but you can still answer the phone at least, not listen to the phone ring and not answer. My mom stated she has had a hard time getting them to answer too before, so this is unacceptable.

This marinara sauce looks like actual doo doo I tried calling them back to no avail I get no response I’d like something to be done about this the pizza is good but honestly needs more sauce as well it feels like I’m eating toast with toppings thanks

I am pretty sure this is the best Domino’s I have ever been to. We have ordered here a handful of times in the last couple of months and the food is consistently DELICIOUS. The customer service is great, the order is always hot and ready and correct. The presentation is always great too.

This is a great Domino’s. The staff are friendly and know their regulars. The food is fresh and on point and hot if you get there when it’s ready. Love the drive in window, it’s a lot easier with kids. Nothing but love for our Domino’s in Holly! A++++
