I placed a mobile order but wasn’t able to pick it ip until later and they made a mistake of not giving me my 3rd drink which is fine things happen, but when I called them up to let them know and ask to come back for my last drink they tried to argue with me that everything went out when I literally am looking at 2 drink only… They also tried to blame me saying it was my fault since I picked up the order a little later then the pick up time. Also they skimmed on the food especially the fried for 3 big orders.

Opted to go inside and order since the drive thru line was so long. Ordering was a breeze as I was the only one in line. I was missing my Ranch dressing so I stayed at the counter to ask for it and the lady who took my order had the nerve to look through my bag as if I was lying. The food was nothing to be desired. This is by far the most pitiful looking salad I’ve ever gotten from any Zaxby’s. I had to take out most of the cucumbers and the bread looked and tasted like regular bread. It was actually nasty. The fries seemed hot and fresh for about 5 minutes. I actually expected better.

My husband LOVES Zaxby’s so we frequent this location. The quality continues to go down. Our last visit I ordered a 6 finger plate with a large fries and fries for the second side. The fries didn’t even fill the sections. I ordered a kids meal and received 8 fries. They are frequently out of beverages and they do not season the fries anymore. The fingers are getting smaller. It’s really disappointing because the employees are friendly but there seems to be an issue with ordering supplies they always run out of items at night.

This was the first time our food needed to be sent back. The coleslaw was terrible and dry, the fries were cold. It was fixed but we didn’t have a great experience. It is also very cold inside…too many fans going.

This was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve had. I waited over seven minutes just to place my order at 2:07 PM and didn’t receive my food until 2:30 PM. When it finally arrived, the bread was burnt and the fries were undercooked. The beverage machine was out of order, leaking water across the floor, and no one on staff seemed concerned or attempted to fix it. I even had to get back in line to request a drink, despite the employees already knowing the machine was broken. Completely unacceptable service and food quality — I will not be returning.

Just left. Just look at the photos. The tacos look like they have been sitting for hours and there were no fries in the chicken finger plate. I ask for toast instead of coleslaw. What I got was double toast, no coleslaw and no fries. I’ll be going to the zaxbys down the street.

Zaxbys is Zaxbys as far as the food goes. It’s always going to be decent.
This store though apparently has a problem with flies. A whole bunch of them, to the point the Health Department would likely consider this an infestation. I took several photos but I didn’t get all the flies, dead and/or alive. I took pictures of just one corner of the store but had another diner point out many others.
To the manager of this store: Do better.

Managers are phenomenal! Always make sure my food is correct. Even if I have an issue the GM is right on it and make sure I’m happy before we leave ! Great customer service . No attitudes, just warm welcomes
