The staff at Redefine is always friendly, helpful, and welcoming (Started coming here because of Frank… now I basically live here . Babylon location hooked me for good!) . The food is amazing it’s fresh, clean, and full of options ranging from healthy options to wonderful meal substitutes. I’m a big Buffalo chicken bowl kind of guy, but I love exploring the new meals they roll out with steak, salmon, ground turkey all the time.
From Babylon and Islip to Massapequa and Rockville Centre the convenience is unbeatable, perfect for a quick lunch on the go, or weekly meal prep. I love redefine meals! Not only are they delicious, but they are super convenient! The Babylon location is down the block from my job and it’s so easy to stop by and grab lunch or dinner when I need to. The staff is always friendly and nice. And the Babylon store is always clean. I also love how they use whole ingredients and list the macros on the label. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love redefine! The food is amazing for when you are on the go and want to eat healthy. It also makes for great meal prep. I always see Stephanie when I go into the Babylon location and she is amazing. She always recommends new things and they’re always great! She told me to try the pizza and it was insane!! I absolutely love this place, it has been such a convenience to me and my husband after becoming new first time parents just being able to run in and pick up a few meals for the week has been so incredibly helpful to us when we just don’t have the time to think about ourselves let alone what’s for lunch everyday between the baby and work. All the meals are so fresh and absolutely delicious and you truly never get sick of them because they have so many choices to choose from.
I also love the staff everyone is so friendly, especially Stephanie, she is the absolute best! She is your girl if you don’t know what to try, she’s so incredibly helpful with recommending her favorites. My favorite is the burger bowl and chicken quesadillas:)
