We are a Chef driven Authentic Cuban cuisine pop up restaurant located inside Agricole farmstand. Some of are dishes include empanadas, pastelitos, sandwiches, and more. Starting mid June 2025 we will be open 6am- 4pm or sold out at Eastern Market in Detriot.

I work in the area a couple times a week, and recently found these guys inside the agriculture building.
It has been so long since I’ve had a sandwich place serve me such an amazing lunch!!
They take their time and make it right and fresh. It comes out piping hot, crispy on the outside with a nice tear. Melty cheese and so much flavor.
After having their Cubano I haven’t been able to order anything else when I’m in town. These guys are going to take over lunch around here!
You will not be disappointed.
