This is my favorite takeout/delivery restaurant here in Hopewell and ratings are based on that. The quality has improved over the past 10 years and everything we have ordered was satisfactory. The pizza is NY style and is REALLY good for the price. Delivery is quick, courteous, and never made a mistake. I wouldn’t consider a different pizza shop if I can get Frattelos.

Stale bread, pieces of a frozen cutlet, and barely any sauce or cheese. One bite and into the garbage it went. You can get better food from the local Flory’s gas station down the street. $12 wasted.

This place is trash. Go literally any where else. Horrible customer service. The manager, heidi, is a lazy piece of work. Good for her that they hire anyone off the street. Beyond disappointed at this place. Better off cooking a red baron or calling domino’s.

If I could give 0 stars I would. There is a sever dairy allergy in our household, I order a salad pizza and pasta without dairy, and all was delivered with cheese. Mistakes happen, I understand that, so I kindly called Fratello’s to let them know the situation, I spoke to Hayden on the phone, who claims to be the manager…. And she said “I’m sorry there is nothing I can do about it even if you have a food allergy. Maybe call Grubhub and they can do something about it”. I didn’t argue with her because that’s not my style. So I guess I’m eating my $59.00, not eating dinner and never ordering here again. So disappointing! Buyer beware
