I used to frequent this place. Each time it gets worse and worse. First of all I order the same thing every time. Chicken bacon and ranch protein bowl. A protein bowl should have double the protein historically, however they will place one serving of protein inside two bowls and claim that to be what it should be. When you try calling they don’t answer and when you bring it back they get mad and tell You not to come back. Not to mention they conveniently “forget” any extras such as cookies, when they’re not old as hell and should have been thrown away. They all Look crazy when you ask for more lettuce than the corner they try and give you. I understand we are in a recession but peddling half of what a customer should normally get for regular price is diabolical and borderline theft. Aside from all that they’re disrespectful. I simply asked for my bacon to cooked, and was met with indifference and told that if it burns when they cook it then it just burns, they wouldn’t cook me anymore as if I’m controlling the oven. I mean, at this point I’ll just make my own.

I place an online order for a toasted Stak Teryaki foot-long. When I arrived, I was told my sub was not ready. I stated that I would be back, well 15 minutes later my sub still wasn’t ready. The manager came from the back, started yelling at the very busy sandwich makers (the line was backed to the door) as to why the sandwich was not ready. The manager angrily made my sandwich; not allowing it to stay long enough to toast. She then threw it on the warmer, as I attempted to explain it was for me. When I opened up the wrapping, I noticed a sloppy mess. I appreciate her attempting to get my order out, but I would have appreciated it more if it was appealing and correct. Also, I was embarrassed for the workers she was yelling at.

I Will not be coming back here. The woman at the register is not friendly and has bad customer service. When I arrived at this location and before I began ordering my food, I asked if they accepted the coupons that we receive in the mail. The young lady walked over to the one at the register and asked, and she said yes and told me to proceed with my order. Since they said they accepted the coupons, I began placing my order. Once I got to the register, the woman at the front told me I could not use one of the coupons and said I would have to have someone else come and use it to purchase the food. She had me wait until my aunt came in to purchase the food. It was an inconvenience and time consuming. What if I were purchasing this food for an elderly family member or someone that was sick? I am only leaving a review because I asked about their policy before I started ordering and they made my entire experience unpleasant. I will not be coming back here and do not recommend. They really need to improve their customer service skills because all of their reviews are saying the same thing!

The only reason I took a star away is because the lady didn’t wash her hands before putting gloves on but she was very nice she smiled and was ready to give great customer service this is the first time I ever been to this location and it was great clean /friendly service stocked items they where not stingy with any requests sandwich made perfect thanks

Don’t know if this is a broken nail or a missing piece of some kind of container pin but either way it doesnt belong and I bit down hard on a piece of metal inside of my sandwich. Severe choking hazard for anyone just thankful it was me and not my child. Will not be ordering from here again.

Horrible customer service. The lady has an attitude and is very unpleasant. Seems like she needs to adjust to American culture and treat customers in a different way. Food was not too fresh and the sandwitch was in a mess. Also they have a board with what type of sandwiches you can buy with the coupon while many other locations simply accept the coupons and you order whatever you want. It gives me a feeling that if they could they would give you an empty bread – if at all so that they can save more money. Ah, if you ask for a tisse you will get only one (they will make sure to count every single one). Used to like this place long time ago but not anymore. Won’t be back.

I’ve eaten here for lunch every weekday for at least 7 weeks. Service is fantastic, Dawson has memorized my order. Always clean, no black chunks in ice like in most subways. This is one of the good ones
