I put an order online for a meatball sub. when I got it and opened it, it was such a mess and sauce everywhere like they just dumped it on the side of sub. I would not recommend eating here and it will be the last time I eat here.

So normally it’s a good visit but today I order as normal and wasn’t aware that when you order the happy gilmore combo your only paying a dollar extra for the cup you get it as a collector cup no pop but lady was rude so I got rude than she looked at the guy like she got one more time. Worst service ever plus no cookies my son wanted but settled for chocolate chip than my sub was supposed to be no toast well it was not a biggie but the rudeness needs to checked real fast.

Sorry couldn’t wait to taste it!! It’s been so long that I have had a sub I forgot how good they really where!!
Now it’s getting to summer I’m thinking I’ll be eating here a lot more! We went at the right time there was no wait. The employee was great and friendly!! Everything looked fresh and well stocked!! The place was clean and organized!! All around I would recommend this place for good food this summer!!
It’s a place you can eat good food and still eat healthy!! It will fill you up but you want need a nap after lol unless you just want to take one that is!!!!

I have to edit my review. It had been 5 stars for over a year. It’s gone down hill really really bad to the point I just go to the Richmond location only now. I think the biggest turn off is I pretty much get the same exact order every time (or close to) so I know how much money I’m going to pay. When I’m told my order is triple that amount when prices are clearly marked I do get a bit frustrated. I stopped going completely when that same person was prepping food without gloves then training someone with an open wound who was also not wearing gloves touching food. It is a shame too they used to have EPIC customer service and really good subs. I hope they change things around again because it really was a nice place. I went in recently to see if the place changed. Run. Just run. The staff dropped the trays right on the floor and began to start a new order with food on the same tray that was just dropped on the floor. I bolted I was not going to get food poisoning.

Waited 15 minutes in line and right as I got up to the counter at 6:55 the only worker said he had to go on break right that second and we would have to wait 30 minutes. We said we just wanted one sub and asked politely to please make ours before he went on break because we waited so long. He said no.

Hadn’t in a long time. The girl that waited on me was the rudest person I have ever encountered at any food service. If you hate your job or don’t have the concept of how to put a sandwich together, find another job. I won’t return. I’ll take the 30 minute drive to richmond if I want to eat subway again.

Went in to get three subways, as I had a coupon. All three sandwiches were on Italian herb and cheese. The bread was COMPLETELY dried out to the point it was crumbling like salt. It was hard. The sandwiches are usually pretty good there, and the employees are nice and listen to your order. But the food isn’t as good as it could be. Which is a shame.

Would give o stars if i could. Last time we got something from here online they separated the sandwiches and had them in paper bags. They were falling apart and most of the cheese was stuck to the bags. They were toasted when we didn’t want them to be. Decided to brave it again. Online ordering was in and out but thats the only way to get the book deals. Got there to pick the food up and it hadn’t even been started yet, and they were out if steak which we were unaware of until we got there. Employee was upset because they were trying to turn off the online ordering and orders were still coming through. Had to jump through hoops to get my money back. Will not be ordering from here again. I’ll drive to Clay city or Richmond next time. RIDICULOUS!!!!!

Nasty subs at a gas station. Always out of meatballs and usually bread in general. Takes forever! It’s ridiculous. And I don’t blame the overworked, underpaid, workers. I never see the owner or even a manager. On a few times the guy working the shell had to come make a sub. That’s insane.
