First time and most definitely won’t be the last time. Very clean store and amazing staff working. My daughter and I stopped in for dinner on our way home and so glad we did. I’ve seen the ads, heard the hype, just never been. I’ve been missing out. If all Jersey Mikes are like this location then I’ve been missing out a lot.

Brownie and cookies are some of the best in the sub game. Can’t say enough nice things about this place. Most of that stems from an awesome staff working tonight who had all the patience in the world while we stumbled through the new process. Look out Jimmy cause we just found Mike and boy are we excited.

With my careers in sports and music I have to travel a lot.
I’ve eaten at Jersey Mike’s all over the country and all over Metro Atlanta where I am a resident, And there are some great stores, but this place is a real Gem!
The reason? It is the consistency of my experience. It’s always positive and pleasant.
Today my sandwich was made by Morgan, she did a fantastic job and she put everything that I wanted on it specifically and it was perfect!
Carolina, the manager is a wonderful lady, and you can tell that she knows how to communicate to her staff …because everyone, every time I go there are on the same page with the same Pleasant attitude and the same helpful service.
Where this shows is when they even remember a lot of the things that I like and recall my last visit.
I don’t know how they do it with as many customers as they have.
With this kind of attention to detail and commitment for a customer to have a pleasant experience it means a lot & really shows!

The food is really good and the store is always clean. My experience is mixed. My first visit felt unwelcomed. I got a lot of unwanted stares upon going in to pick up my sandwich. I’m not one to claim racism often but the vibe definitely felt that way. Believing in second chances my second trip back the young lady at the front was very nice, but the one in the back was giving me that same unwelcome dirty stare. I went back in because I didn’t realize my side of mayo was stuffed inside of the sandwich bag with the sandwich. Once again the young lady at the front was very nice about it and asked the lady in the back. She seemed irritated and said “it’s in the bag” with a frown and attitude. I doubt if I’ll return again. I don’t like that type of energy. Especially from the person who’s preparing my food.

I absolutely LOVE it here! The staff is so kind and generous. They make your sandwich the way you want it every time! You’re greeted with a smile even when they’re busy. I chose to come here for lunch multiple times a month and I’m NEVER disappointed. Kudos to the managers and mega kudos to their team. 1st time to Jersey Mike’s and very disappointed. Sub sandwiches usually include lettuces, tomatoes, etc. Yet, my 1st order came with NO veggies at all! Veggies are a given unless customers specifically ask NOT to be included. I ordered a giant size and came home with NOT one veggie inside!???! R u serious? And for 1 giant sandwich prices at about $18 compared to other locations with same size and cost $10.50? Thanks but no thanks. Won’t be coming back again.

Disappointing Experience Due to Dishonest Servie
I’ve always enjoyed the fool at Jersey Mike’s -fresh ingredients and great flavor. Unfortunately, my recent experience was overshadowed by disappointing customer service that I can’t ignore.
During my 7/7/25 visit, I paid in cash. When the cashier handed me my change, she folded the bills in a way that seemed oddly deliberate. When I later unfolded the bills, I realized I had been shorted. It was a subtle move, but clearly intentional – and deeply dishonest. This shows a lack of integrity, and that’s something i can’t overlook. It’s frustrating to be treated this way as a paying customer, especially at a place I used to enjoy.
As much as I love the food, I won’t be returning. This experience left a sour taste that no sandwich can cover up.
