Did you know that ‘hot’ is a flavor?

Not spicy, I mean steam-rolling-off, lips-almost-melting mouth-can-barely-stand kind of hot.

We are talking about piping. Hot. Ramen.

They got spice too. Which I also like but I ain’t no fool…I started with 1 and we’ll try a 2 next time but nonetheless, it was a fantastic dish!

I had the Creamy Chicken Katsu Ramen which comes in a creamy broth w/ a marinated boiled egg, narutomaki and green onion and nori. ( Had to ask about what most of that was )

Every part of this dish was delicious in flavor but let me reiterate….it waaaas nice and hot.

On a previous trip, went for the SUSHI. The Mango Crunch Roll, to be exact. Also, a slam duuunk! So far, suuuper good.

Check em out, they are a quality #joplinmonspot.

Amazing food, staff and vibes.
The food came out quick and tasted amazing. The ramen didn’t taste like packaged ramen from Walmart, which I find many ramen shops have that same taste. This however, didnt! They also have the most perfect soft boiled eggs which is impressive in itself. The boba was the best boba I have had flavor wise but my only complaint is that the boba balls where slightly over cooked, making some of them mushy. Other than that it was perfect!

We stopped in mot knowing what anything about this restaurant. My wife wanted sushi and we were in the area. The sushi was good, but it was not excellent. Pretty basic. The ramen was very good. Well seasoned. But the jalapeno bombers were incredible. Jalapeno peppers stuffed with crab and cream cheese with a delightful sauce on top. Those alone are worth a revisit

I was fairly impressed by this restaurant but have a few complaints. The ramen was good and much better prices than Han the Sushi man. It’s about time someone gave Han The Sushi Man some competition. The tonkotsu ramen was great and the chicken katsu ramen was nothing to write home about, the fried chicken cutlets seemed frozen. The karaage was disappointing as well but was ok. I love Japanese food and I think if a few less corners were cut this place could be exceptional but I do understand it given the price being cheaper than others. I will be back to try the sushi.

If you are interested in a taste of Japan cuisine, this is the place!! I’ve waited so long to try authentic Japanese ramen and Tatsuki did not disappoint. I got the spicy Tonkatsu lvl 3 spice and it was so dang good! I added more spice cause I like the feel of a slight burn to my face . I also tried the ginger salad and wow!! So refreshing! I’m stuffed out I would get the mochi but I’ll def be back! Also the service is amazing! Definitely worth the price! Also they have a sit down sushi bar, so cool! This is now my favorite place to eat!

Very friendly staff. The ramen is amazing with very flavorful broth (which other ramen shops often miss the mark on). The sushi is also very good, and I’m all but addicted to their Thai milk tea. So yeah, a great place if you’re a fan of this kind of fare.

I’d easily recommend Tatsuki over Han the Sushi EDIT: ordered out on 9/12 and it was delicious! I think they’ve tweaked the vegetarian broth because I’m very happy with the flavor now!! Heads up the vegetable ramen is NOT vegetarian unless you ASK for the narutomaki to be removed! It’s specifically vegetable ramen NOT vegetarian ramen as narutomaki is included by default. But the service was exceptional and the staff were so kind and the dining experience was great, tables are kept neatly even for a fast casual spot

We came here with hopes Joplin finally got a delicious ramen spot and we were not disappointed! I got the Shoyu ramen and we’ve had ramen in japan, Springfield, NWA, and by far I feel this one was closest to what we’ve had in Japan. It was flavorful, the pork belly was flavored as well and I love that they have spice level options. Fried rice was flavorful as well. And also have delicious fruit boba teas! The sushi was okay and the A/C wasn’t the strongest but honestly might become a regular for the ramen alone! Eat here you won’t regret it! You can tell they put their heart into this place!

Looking for authentic Japanese Ramen but can’t travel to Japan? Then look no further! The Sushi was amazing and there was a large variety of options. The Ramen had the perfect amount of broth with wonderful seasoning. Really a 10 out of 10 experience.

Absolutely amazing!! For a small town to have a Ramen and Sushi restaurant is fantastic. We came here about a month after they opened and we fell in love! The food here is incredible. We have tried many different rolls and ramen and have not been disappointed a single time. To top it off the boba milk teas are a delightful after dinner beverage. We have now been here over 20 times and I will continue to eat here for the foreseeable future.
