Ordered from Mazzios for a decade, they won’t refund an order if they get it wrong unless you return the whole pizza and wait for them to make you a new one. I have had this problem (wrong pizza made) so m any times I can not count. I don’t even complain anymore because I know they will not give a refund at all–ever. If Mazzios deliver the wrong thing, they should make it right, not just by delivering the proper pizza but offering a refund instead. NO MAZZIOS I ORDERED MY PIZZA AN HOUR AGO I DO NOT WANT TO WAIT ANOTHER HOUR FOR YOU TO BRING ME ANOTHER PIZZA. I want a refund when a company messes up. The people in customer service are RUDE. Never ordering or eating at a Mazzios again.

Don’t order from this location. Food is frequently cold and toppings are sparse and unsatisfactory. I tried to call customer service to give feedback about my lousy order and the lady said it sounds to her like I used to work for Mazzio’s. What? Where did that come from and what does it matter? No, I have never worked for Mazzio’s. I’m just a customer who doesn’t want to pay for subpar cold food. I recommend the location at The Farm Shopping Center or one of the stores in Broken Arrow.

We are in town for the weekend and wanted to try a place we hadn’t heard of. We were going to order from somewhere else but they were closed. But you know what that was good luck on our part because this place was amazing! The food was hot and tasty. The salad was really big and the toasted ravioli was yummy. The calzone ring was neat and they have really good ranch. All in all very satisfied with our order.

Ordered take out. When I went to the store to pick up, they said they didn’t have it. I called the customer service and they have it and it’s marked ready. So I go back in and spell out my name and describe my order. They magically had it. The cashier guy looked unkept, dirty shirt and hands, coughing everywhere. He also was wearing some gross stained up voodoo doll or something around his neck. I was concerned with it dangling over my food,.. Maybe this was a one off bad experience but that was the last time i ordered from that location….

Ridiculous staff. I ordered a family meal for pickup and sent my husband in to get it and he’s told no such order exists. I call customer service and they see it waiting for pickup. We go back in under 5 minutes and it’s there and ready. Their staff is either untrustworthy or uncapable of doing their job. Either way it’s not a location I would order from again.

**Disappointed with the Quality and Customer Service**
I’ve been a customer of Mazzio’s for a while, but my recent experience was beyond disappointing. I ordered wings, and they were the smallest, most pathetic wings I’ve ever received from them. It honestly felt like a joke.
To make matters worse, I’ve tried reaching out multiple times to get some sort of resolution, but no one ever got back to me. It’s incredibly frustrating as a loyal customer to be completely ignored. This experience has definitely made me rethink ordering from Mazzio’s again.

My cousin and I ordered Pizza and wings from this location and got food poisoning. I have ordered from the 51st street location in Tulsa Oklahoma and the food was really good and we never got sick. We recommend that if you want to have a good experience try the 51st street location. We can’t speak for all locations but we can for these 2.
