We were excited to try the new Cracker Barrel in Annapolis and were seated quickly, which started things off well. Unfortunately, the rest of our visit didn’t go smoothly. Our waitress argued about where the hostess had placed the high chair and kept our group of five at a very small table, that was overrun with plates by half way through. There were way too many tables packed in there causing people to bump into you and your chair, and the threat of the wait staff dropping items on the kids. Their policy is that no high chairs blocking the walkway but had no problem with our seat blocking the fire exit. If we can’t bring our young kids we’re not eating there. She missed part of our order when taking it, and we had to reorder a starter from the 2-for-$20 meal — but we never actually received it. When the food finally arrived, it was missing a salad, the kids’ meals were wrong, and my chicken tenders were dry, cold, and tasted old. The fries were also cold, and the sauces I received weren’t what I ordered.
The server that was being trained was great and did the things I expected the waitress (4 stars in her apron) to do.
The manager was kind and took care of the situation, which I really appreciated. I understand the location is new and still working out kinks, but based on this experience, we won’t be returning.

Friendly and attentive service! (Thanks Olivia K.) Tasty food and the usual good Cracker Barrel experience. Grilled catfish was good, fried okra was done right, and green beans were excellent!

I went to this location on a particular busy Saturday afternoon. It did take awhile for my party to get our food, but the service was very good. Our waitress and the manager kept us inform with when everything would come out and I appreciate that considering how busy it was. Austin, Nancy, and Lady were great. I will be back in the future

I’m a Cracker Barrel person. My. Food is never horrible. No matter where I travel do one. The experience yesterday was great. But it was a lil chilly. Other Than that my server was great. Even with her having trouble with another table seated behind me. The front of this store is set up differently. It could use a tad bit more space between the candy and the check in section other than that! I’m. Happy!

They officially opened on Jennifer Rd 12 days ago. With that being said you need to expect to wait at least a half an hour maybe longer depending on time of day you’re going. It was worth it service and food were great. I recommend if you don’t have the app to get it do you can join the waitlist in route. Highly recommend and looking forward to my next visit!!

Everytime we come here there’s some kind of issue. The first time we visited we waited an hour and a half for our food even though we promptly put our order in. When our food got to us it was cold. I waited another 30 minutes to get ahold of our waitress because she barely visited our table just to tell her my food was ice cold. They told me I would have to wait probably another 30 minutes to have my food remade. I literally just got fried chicken. Put me ahead of everyone else, you dropped the ball not me.
The second time we were proactive and put ourselves on the online wait-list as it is a very busy location. It tells me im #27 in line and I have a text to prove it. I go in to check in with the hostess and she tells me I have 31, THIRTY ONE people ahead of me and it’ll be a 30 minute wait. Online it said 25-30 minute wait, we had already waited 20 minutes before going in. How did we have 31 people ahead of us? We just left because how ridiculous, it’s clear they were putting people ahead of us.
Either fix your online website to be accurate or stop doing shady things and putting in person customers ahead of the ones being proactive and getting in line online. I personally feel like they are severely under prepared for the volume of people seeking to eat at cracker barrel as it is the only cracker barrel in Annapolis/ surrounding area within a 15 mile radius.
