Was charged for extra turkey on 4 sandwiches and gave worker my number for points- he blocked my number after reciting it and did not put extra turkey on any of the sandwiches. I will never go to this location again. I received deceiving, evil, expensive, unnecessary, and horrible customer service.

This place is a joke and I’ll never order a sandwich from them again. My wife gets home with our two sandwiches; one has some spicy sauce on it that we did not ask for, and the other sandwich wasn’t the right sandwich at all. The receipt stapled to the bag listed the correct name and order on it… what gives? Then I looked at the numbers written in black crayon on the side of the wrappers and both of them were scribbled out. I don’t know what they were trying to pull, but it’s no surprise this place has such a low rating. Every other Jimmy John’s location in the area always gives us the correct order in a timely fashion. Lesson learned and I won’t go near this place again.
And I apologize to my amazing wife who had to drive back and get the order fixed. I would have lost my mind if I went in there.

My kid likes the turkey sub, so we come here on occasion. My wife likes the lettuce wraps as a gluten-free option. Sometimes my order is by the door, sometimes it’s by the register, another day it was next to the pop machine. I tried the Mediterranean wrap. There wasn’t any hummus in it, the chicken tasted straight out of the can. It was extremely wet and devoid of any flavor. I’ll stick to the standard subs next time.

Jimmy Jonathan, you are always delicious but you truly outdid yourself this morning. Imagine this, I’m at the bar last night, a little bit drunk on a Wednesday night (yolo), and all I want is a Jimmy John’s sub. Like craving it in that drunk feral way, you know the vibe. But alas, the shop is closed, and distraught, I go home and settle for leftover soup. This morning, I wake up, Jimmy Jonathan still on my mind, and immediately order a delivery for 10:45-11. I get a sub with EXTRA Jimmy peppers which is my go to order, and in a desperate plea, add a note requesting AS MANY AS THEY CAN PUT. Oh and let’s just say Jimothy, you delivered, not only the subs (early, another plus) but also on my request for extra peppers. It’s like you knew I went to bed heartbroken and made it all better with hot peppers spilling out of my sub, a spicy treat in every bite. To the person who made my sub, you are a legend, and present me AND past drunk me thank you sincerely for your commitment to the bit. Truly amazing.

The workers here are some of my favorite people. I’m greeted by name. They even remember my sandwich n my #2 go too when I come in. The staff are like family from what I see and are very playful. I love the welcoming feeling and the outgoingness of the management and even the register person. You guys rock and this location is surely the only one I come too. Food is good but the people make the experience truely.

I was a victim of the most common issue with this store which is messing up orders. I ordered the Cuban and it was missing bacon, one of the three primary ingredients. I submitted a review on their corporate site. Jimmy John’s sandwiches are great except when you’re paying for something, you expect it to be done right and this store always messes up.
Update: There was bacons but it was like 1 slice. I didn’t get a bite until I was damn near finished with the sandwich. I changed my score from 2 to 3
