Terrible Experience – Avoid This Location
We were stranded for the night after our semi truck broke down, so we relied on Pizza Hut delivery. Huge mistake. The pizza we received was raw and part of our order was completely missing. After realizing this, we tried calling the store — and it’s been a nightmare. The location is completely unreachable. I’ve been on hold for almost an hour with no answer and no help.
When you’re stuck on the road and counting on food delivery, this level of service is unacceptable. Uneatible, undercooked food, missing items, and zero customer support. Worst experience ever. I won’t be ordering from this Pizza Hut again.

This was our first visit and thoroughly enjoyed the pizza. While they offer alternative thicker pizza crusts, we found that the thin crust was delicious and no need for anything else. Our server was great and helped make it an enjoyable experience. We recommend the restaurant.

The wait staff, that consisted of one young waitress, who was, very inexperienced and not enthusiastic about her, what I would guess to be her first job but not interested in learning why she isn’t making any if at all, tips. The tables were dirty from lack of wiping them down. This week from the previous day’s. The salad bar was decent considering every time that door opens, dirt,germs and everything thing else that blows in, is directly in line of the 2 sided salad bar. We had to ask more than once for alot of thing’s. Such as, ya know, the items you are generally given upon arrival and being seated at an establishment that serves food. Napkins, silverware, refills etc etc
The only decent thing in the place, within eye view was some hot guy that put the pizzas in the oven and took them out of the oven.

Usually order from this place twice a month & it’s absolutely fantastic.. no complaints whatsoever till now I got two pizzas for the family & it taste like straight dough wasn’t appetizing. Tasted it like it wasn’t cooked enough had to throw away my last 40$. It’s unfortunate but hopefully next time it will taste better.

My wife eats a keto diet, no grains of any kind, no starch, no sugar. This Pizza Hut makes their personal pan Super Supreme pizza without the crust for her. They sauce a small pan and put the toppings and cheese on and bake it. We greatly appreciate their willingness to work with us! It was a good meal and our waitress was very attentive and friendly. We’ll be back.

Love Pizza Hut pizza and service is great. Order is always ready when it’s supposed to be. My only feedback is that I think the pan pizza is always undercooked. It would be great if you could check your cooking time calibration. Thanks.

So, when I first got to the pizza buffet, the pizzas looked old and dried out. But that’s all there was, so I took a couple of pieces hoping they tasted better than they looked. They did not. One bite each was all I could stomach. When I saw fresh pizzas come out, I tried again. Better. But it made me wonder why they left those others out so long. The pasta was a little better, but a little long in the tooth as well. I scanned the salad bar and decided it looked a little dodgy but i would risk it. The only blue cheese dressing was in little packets labeled blue cheese dipping sauce. Overall, not amazing. But for $6.59, I’ll probably try it at least once more.

I WENT IN WITH HASITATION AFTER READING REVIEWS FROM THE PAST BUT THEY WERE OLD ONES. I EXPECTED THE WORST. BUT AFTER GOING ON FRIDAY forTHE LUNCH I WAS PLESLENTLY SURISPIZED. THE RESTAURANT WAS VERY CLEAN AND DIDN’T LOOK WORN OR DATED. THE SALAD BAR WAS FULL AND THE HOT BAR WAS BEING FILLED WITH PIZZA/PASTA AND BREADS.HAD A NICE VARITY OF PIZZAS COMING OUT.WAIT STAFF WAS SHOT HANDED BUT SEEMED TO BE KEEPING UP. I WAS TRULY SUSPRIZED. I GUESS THATS WHY I HAVE HELD OFF GOING FOR SO LONG. DIDN’T WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED. THE KITCHEN STAFF WERE HARD AT WORK. GOOD JOB TO ALL AND I’LL BE BACK MUCH SOONER NEXT TIME. I JUST WISH THEY WOULD HAVE HAD SOME SOUP ON THE BAR WOULD HAVE HIT THE SPOT.
