I am very disappointed in our experience tonight with the staff at the Aledo Taco Bell. We are loyal customers and never expected to be treated this way. We come here about once a week and often times have one or two items missing, which is no big deal since it’s typically a large order. Today we had around 8 items missing so we had to go back. I was appalled by the response of the staff members who insinuated that we were lying about the missing items. They not only argued with us, but also argued with each other about who messed up the order. When they finally agreed to give us our missing food, they again failed to include two of the items stating they were not on the receipt, although they in fact were. When we spoke to the assistant manager, James “Jimmy,” he also insinuated we were lying and that we could not have made it home and back in time to address this issue. I am incredibly disappointed and I am looking forward to hearing back from Taco Bell in regard to their plan to re-train Jimmy and the rest of the staff present this night in professionalism and customer service.

Went in at 1:45 p.m. at the Judson Rd location stood at the counter for 5 minutes, was never acknowledged, got the attention of the line workers who then wanted me to take my own order, since I do not work for Taco Bell, I turned to leave at which pointthe employee commented or leave then that’s fine!

This is not a restaurant. This is a corporate office for these franchise restaurants. I went in for job information. The receptionist had to come to door and unlock it
for me to enter after I waited in East Texas heat for several minutes in business casual attire. She was a bit insulting, so make sure your attitude is right before you go.

This Franchisee has decided to stop serving the Double Decker all across Dallas Fort Worth area. I’m shocked this is allowed, I’ve ordered it for 20+ years and I’m pretty sure the ingredients are still available to make it.
