Just got door dashed a $20+ sandwich. Bread is old and hard and burnt! It was not a toasted sandwich!!! The hard dry bread scraped the hell out of my lips!!! Whoever did this should be ashamed!!! What a disappointment!!!

I placed an order for my last money, but they didn’t give it to me, arguing that someone else took my order. I need to wait for a refund for 24 hours and stay hungry for another day. Customer orientation is zero!!! It’s better to lose a client forever than to make him a sandwich. Now I will drive around this place and advise everyone to do the same.

The people were making my sandwiches were incredibly patient and kind towards me! I was ordering for friends so I wasn’t sure what kind of bread they’d want, if it should be toasted, stuff they always ask about when you order at Subway… But the cashiers laughed along with me and helped me through the process. My food was really good too, everything tasted fresh and my friends were happy with their sandwiches despite my uncertainty!

i had a great service by a really tall younger gentlemen and he was very curtious and went above and beyond! i was upset to see that he no longer worked there! i could only imagine why! everytime ive been there in the last three weeks i have no been pleased! i will not be going here anymore and do not recommend it! they try and put the least amount of meat and veggies but are not afraid to drown the sandwhich is sauce and their food storage areas were disgusting olives in the lettuce as well with some onions and green peppers and the bathrooms and dinning rooom where disgusting! i would not recommend! not the least bit concerned for making their customers feel appreciated like the younger man did! always made me smile and engaged in conversation!

If I’m leaving a review, you have gone out of your way to provide horrible service. I’ll just start on the cleanliness of this specific establishment. I’ve been in cleaner bathrooms. It’s ironic you have a shirt on that’s says fresh when all I see is wilted lettuce and nasty looking left out everything. Honestly could’ve t add any veggies to the sandwich because they all looked terrible. Mind you all I was in at 830am when you think the store would be at its best. The drink station was sticky and stained with old soda. The lids had old juice on the tops of each size lid top. The floor was so sticky. I’m curious if y’all had stayed open all night and had a raging party!? My breakfast sandwich was cold! Man I’m not joking when I say this place was a nightmare! Will never be Back!
