Came in as a DoorDasher to pick up an order at 11:34 A.M., employee told me 7 minutes. I went across to another restaurant to use the bathroom and came back 8 minutes later. She looked at me very ugly as if I was inconveniencing her and told me it’s in the oven now, 5 minutes, as if she had never spoke to me 10 minutes ago at this point. This employee lied to me and is extremely unprofessional. I am sitting here waiting still almost 20 minutes later. Would not give me her name.

After working all day, and coming into your establishment I encountered Brandon. Brandon night shift manager in Madison Heights Va was incredibly rude and condescending. I simply expressed that there was a misunderstanding about the type of pizza that I ordered. I ask if I could receive a refund. I was denied a refund. I also asked if I could receive store credit. I was also denied store credit. I went on to express my concerns with Brandon about not properly educating the customer. Brandon asked if I wanted to be BANNED He kept insisting that HE was right and myself as the customer was in so many words at fault. Brandon also wouldn’t give his last name. Brandon said that he was the only Brandon that works at that location. This is definitely a HORRIBLE representation of your brand. This guy has 0000 customer service skills and he definitely doesn’t care about YOUR customers. I hope this isn’t a representation of your franchise. To top it off this is the Papa John’s right in my community. I’m afraid if Brandon is to remain the manager you’ll lose plenty of business. This is very sad that he is an employee of this restaurant. He is a horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE GM.

This is the best location I’ve been to. The manager – the one time we spoke with her about a concern (not even a real problem) – was very professional and helped us out right away even though we had no expectation of that. They make very good pizzas and are always pleasant, even late at night. I would happily recommend this location.

The service from the younger man who was running the cash register was great but he ended up leaving to do deliveries and my plan was to tip him but the crew in the back whew minus the guy doing the dough he was in his own lane my crust was a lil flimsy lol but yes said I wouldn’t go back but ended up trying just to get a freebie and it was not worth it. Now the person who came in from doing deliveries ( the only one wearing a mask) was cool too. But they obviously didn’t want or like my money. But not all the two delivery drivers who were briefly on the register had great customer service.

We received a notification that our pizza was ready so we proceed inside to get our food. Was told it would be 5 more minutes that turned into 30. After multiple times of going in the store and asking about our food they forgot to cook our wings so I had to wait another 10 minutes. Whoever the female was that was working was extremely disrespectful. I looked for a name badge but she wasn’t wearing one. Food tastes great but not worth dealing with that rude and disrespectful woman

Emmy, should probably learn customer service. When I called to complain about how my sealed box of pizza had sauce wide open in the box she asked “ what do you want me to do about it” then accused me of “ calling to argue” all because I said “the sauce that I paid for was opened and poured into the box.” She was rude, confrontational, and disrespectful and hostile. Will never order from here again.
