I really enjoy this place. Every dish feels fresh, rich in flavor, and the portions are huge. Prices stay fair, especially since they offer many choices I love. It’s great for a quick meal or a relaxed outing after a movie. The setting feels warm, and the crew is wonderful. Highly recommend!

The point of ordering here is it’s healthy fast food. I ordered a chicken shawarma wrap… it was SOAKED in grease with GREASY OLD FRIES IN IT.
If they put greasy fries in their wraps God only knows what else goes on behind the scenes here.

What a delicious and quick lunch. Walked in and was out of there in less than 5 minutes with 3 delicious salads. This was our first time visiting Rachel’s and the staff was very friendly and answered questions we had.
Portions were the right size to fill you up, but not feel overly full.
Would highly recommend stopping by.

Strike 2, and I am not waiting for a third.
The past two times I ordered brown rice bowl with veggies ($12) it has come with barely any vegetables on it. Certainly not what you would expect for a $12 bowl of rice. This time, they even threw in a produce sticker on the “roasted” red peppers. I’m done ordering from here for lunch. It’s over-priced and they put out a poorly thrown together product. I can get better food for a better deal elsewhere.

Place was neat and clean upon entering. No smell of charred chicken either. 2 employees and I was greeted right away. Portions were great. Food was delicious and filling will definitely return to this location

Those ppl are the worse when it comes to serving food. One time i sat in the dining area and a Roach crawled in my food. I told them and all they did was laugh and ever since that happened they all look at me sideways and serve my food with rudeness. People dont believe me because they dont treat them the same way! I stopped here for lunch on 8/5/25. When I got there, there weren’t that many customers. The staff who were working behind the counter seemed annoyed that they had to do their jobs. Another employee was in the dining room, with their bare feet out and reclined at a table. I found this to be unsanitary and unprofessional. I don’t think I will ever go back, nor would I recommend this place to friends and family.

Incomplete order- a chicken souvlaki order was placed, and requested feta and other toppings (such as garlic sauce, etc). Nothing but some lettuce and chicken in a bowl, plus a rock hard, petrified pita that literally would have broken a tooth had I attempted to eat it. No other vegetables, no feta, no sauce. Not even close to being worth $15.
