I sat and waited at the drive through for several minutes before anyone actually took my order. And I don’t mean I was in line, I mean I was at the ordering menu and no one came on the speaker for 8 minutes. I had plenty of time to figure that out. Extremely slow! I won’t come back to this location again.

The building looks great! Nice and new. Easy to see from the highway. The drive thru was quick. Not too busy when I went through.
I ordered a cheeseburger and small fries.
It was good. The burger had that tasty BK flavor.
The fries were thick and clearly meant for dipping in a sauce. I should’ve taken one when the friendly guy at the window offered them to me.
A good, hot, quick simple meal for just over $3. Sign me up!

This Burger King is horrendous. We went when they first opened and it was good but ever since it has gone downhill. We have tried to give them a couple more chances but it has not improved. The last 3 times we went we had forgotten food, cold food, soggy fries, the condiments on the bacon king smelled spoiled, and now a burnt bun and not the food we ordered. I’m done with the chances.

Mostly friendly staff. Ordered breakfast and my sandwich had MOLD on the bread. They remade it but said they would make THIS one FRESH. It was NOT. No refund, NOT going again. Who serves MOLD?!

Drive thru staff not welcoming in the least. Chicken Sandwich was served with zero lettuce, tomato or onion. Soda flavor was incorrect from order. Poor experience.

Much to contrary review, I really love this Burger King! My daughter and I pulled up to the drive-thru at exactly 10:30am. The screens were literally blank because they were switching from breakfast to lunch.
We, of course, wanted breakfast. I asked if it had any breakfast food left over. They said that there were a few biscuits left and that they would happily make us some fresh potato rounds.
We ordered a medium sized meal and got hot, fresh, fried potato rounds and delicious sausage biscuit breakfasts. To make it even better, they threw in a couple extra potatoes for us, up sizing our order to a large for free.
Service was very friendly and patient with our late order. They are definitely worth the return visit!

Burger King needs to better for their employees. This 1 star isn’t for them but for the lack of employees they do have which causes everything to be delayed and take forever. They work with what they got but deserve more. Do better for your employees and stop cutting there hours and creating a toxic environment for them.

Experience has most definitely gone up from the first few visits. Very friendly service which I understand is very hard to find. I’ve had to wait for food but it was fresh which I don’t mind waiting at all as long as it’s fresh. Thank you Burger King, I hope the community sees the improvements and continues to support.

At lunch hour there was one car In front of me appeared only employees vehicles in the parking lot and I waited in the drive through for 5-10 minutes and still didn’t not get to order I had someone tell me 3 times please wait and thanks for your patience. 1 car ahead of me 1 behind me. They bring a new meaning to fast food lol.
Decided to go to McDonald’s instead in and out in less time than I was online to order at BK.

I decided to go to Burger King this morning because I have not been happy with McDonalds service one block away. I was hoping to get better service. I pulled into the drive thru right at 10:00 AM to order a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit and the replay was “we just ran out of biscuits”. I just did not order and just drove out. Most everything on their menu is made with some kind of biscuit. What kind of fast food restaurant runs out of their main food item 30 mins before they stop serving breakfast? I mean after all this is Burger King, not some fly by night restaurant. I been to this Burger King several other times and each time been turned away because they were out of something. I have never seen very many cars in line at their drive thru. I am just wondering how are they staying open. Now that I can not depend on Burger King or McDonald’s here in DeSoto i will have to hope that Chick-fil-A or Culver’s opens up locally. Both Chick-fil-A and Culver’s have always given the best and friendly service. Good bye Burger King.
