Amazing experience great customer service and delicious food. You have to try the mini milk shakes. We had the Oreo and Honey Bun flavors. The portions are large so we shared an onion ring order and got El Shaquito and the Big Cali. Definitely coming back.

The customer service here is one of the best for a fast food place. They’re always nice and friendly. It takes a while to get your order, though. I’m not sure if it’s because others order so much in one order or some other reason.
If you compare the prices here with chick fil a or any other place that sells chicken sandwiches and/or tenders, it’s kind of outrageous like having a “Shaq surcharge”. With the smoke show (Shaq’s snacks), you’re getting mostly bun and coleslaw with 1 onion ring and 2 tiny tenders for around $8. The onion ring on it wasn’t tasty enough. I’ve had the onion rings as a side here, and even those were better. The rest of the smoke show had a unique flavor, so I’d still try the other snacks just to see how they taste.
The milkshakes are decent, but I’d like some fruity flavors especially now that Kidd Valley has closed. The mac & cheese is mediocre – not that much cheese flavor. I could do without it. A tip for the crinkle cut fries: order them extra crispy! Otherwise, it’s like eating not so great frozen fries. Getting them extra crispy was a game changer.

This place is very clean and friendly staff. The food is good. I will definitely come back if I’m in the area. My daughter (7) didn’t like the Mac n cheese. It was too cheesy for her, but I loved it. They have two kiosks for ordering, or you can order from a human.

First time customer and came to this location after family recommendation and this experience didn’t disappoint.
This restaurant was very clean and the staff was super friendly. The chicken sandwiches was very delicious, fries were crispy and the mac & cheese was one of the best my son said he ever had.
Will be back in the future when we travel done south for vacation.

I brought my visiting aunt and grandmother here for my first try of Big Chicken. We ordered the five-piece chicken fingers, fries, and side of Mac and cheese to share. It was more than enough food for the three of us. And the chicken was delicious! Perfectly cooked, not dry on the inside, crunchy on the outside, and not greasy at all. The fries were crinkle style and the Mac was good although temperature-wise, we would have preferred it hot. It was luke warm at best but we ate it anyway and still enjoyed it. We really liked the cheese-it’s on top instead of traditional breadcrumbs. In all, the three of us left feeling very satisfied and my grandmother could not stop talking about the chicken.

Shout out to Erika. Today was my first time here, I’m not always someone who wants to eat fried chicken, but was pleasantly surprised that they have other alternate options. including grilled chicken and salad options. I don’t know if I will be craving this place… But I didn’t think it was worth coming on here and leaving good for the staff, clean the restaurant, the new, great location, the fun interior, and if you do like this type of food… It is hot and it is fresh and it is crispy.

First time here and it was a hit! The original chicken combo was delicious, great quality and presentation. I’m not a fan of crinkle cut fries but these were different, small and crispy. Definitely coming back.

Very friendly team and very clean. Tasty food all around. A bit pricey, but clearly fresh and good quality – well worth it. The three of us each had a different kind of meal and everything was top notch. The salted caramel milkshake was one of the best milkshakes I can remember in years, and I test a lot of kinds of milkshakes!. Next time I’ll order extra cheese curds – and invite my son-in-law. This is a hidden gem in Shoreline – we’ll be back.

First time ever going here! The Thursday morning staff have amazing attitudes and we’re amazingly kind. The restaurant was super clean, and this may be one of the only places with a legitimately SPICY chicken sandwich.
