Fun experience at a Japanese conveyor-belt sushi and sashimi restaurant! The atmosphere was cute and inviting, and there was a good variety of food to choose from.
I mostly enjoyed the appetizers and ended up ordering quite a lot, but I didn’t eat much rice. I didn’t plan to eat sushi that day, so I skipped it, but for anyone who wants to try sushi, the pieces are small and easy to sample.
The staff were very friendly and attentive, constantly clearing plates, which was helpful since the counter-style seating is quite close together. If you come with two or more people, they will seat you at a table instead.
At the end, there was a fun prize game where you get a capsule ball to open and see if you win a prize, which added a nice surprise. The miso soup was delicious — I ordered it twice!
There were oranges on the conveyor belt and ice cream for dessert. Overall, a lovely experience — I’d love to come back again before I move to another state!

First, the service was outstanding. Our server checked on us regularly, was very friendly, and expertly guided us through the options. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, creating a wonderful, welcoming atmosphere.
Now, for the food: The sushi was incredibly fresh and flavorful, with plenty of variety on the conveyor belt for instant gratification. The added bonus of being able to place custom orders via iPad is a huge plus. Considering the quality, variety, and the “all you can eat” format, the price is unbelievably affordable compared to other similar conveyor belt sushi restaurants in the area.
This is our new go-to sushi spot. We will absolutely be returning soon!

I had a really great time at Soya Sushi here in Indianapolis, so I wanted to leave a good review. This was my first time trying their conveyor-belt sushi, and honestly it was way better than I expected. The rolls are actually fancy — not the simple, basic ones you see at many places. Today was the restaurant’s grand opening, so I went to give it a try. Every dish was delicious! Usually, at typical buffet-style restaurants, the food is just okay, but here, everything tasted really good. The miso soup wasn’t salty like most places. The dishes were beautifully presented and very appetizing. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere, and the staff were very attentive and provided excellent service.
I ordered the dinner buffet for $29.99, which included sashimi — the fish was fresh and tasty. The sashimi salad and crispy salmon skin salad were also great. I’ll definitely go back to support them again!

Had an awesome first experience at a revolving sushi place. Shoya’s servers were pleasant and helpful. The food was great, definitely recommend trying this place if you’ve never been to a revolving sushi. The food on the revolving track was just as good as the stuff you can order a la cart.

The food it’s delicious, the sofa are have a lot gap between sofa and the table (for me). I like the sushi for AYCE it was good so far. The server has not say thankyou when we paid and no say good bye for all the employee there. But my server take away all my dirty plate 🙂 need a bit smile then perfect! But i notice one employee but not our server, she’s kind and always smiling when she handling a customer. She has a bit long hair (but she’s not my server ;( .

Suggestion: the section that is just a line of chairs was clean and ready but the hosts were not seating people there. Please have hosts ask down the line if they need a table or would like to sit there. Also, please consider adding a way to request small or petite portions of foods (I very much appreciate the overall ability to keep food waste to a minimum) as some like the Seafood pancake came out in too large of a portion (it was the only thing my husband and I didn’t like as it seemed to be just fried felo dough. I feel like this dish could have been so much better and love the idea of it coming in the folo dough, it just needs actual seafood and a cooking method that reduces grease). Also, dessert menu is very minimal, please consider offering a sweet version of the tofu skin (perhaps tossed in cinnamon sugar, or drizzled with maple syrup, or even just simple powder sugar)!

The best sushi I have ever had. I love the conveyer belt and the cute little shuttles it came out on! The decorations and atmosphere are very sharp and beautifully themed. The waiting line snacks are very much appreciated as well.
The servers are constantly moving and keeping busy getting drinks, clearing tables, bringing food, showing guests to their tables, and doing an excellent job with explaining how everything works. The quality of service is exceptional.
Another thing to note is that they are not afraid to apologize in a sincere manner and are working towards making things run more seamlessly. This is also very much appreciated.
The menu is quite large and while they are using AI pictures for now, most are fairly accurate to the plateing that is served. The Tuna Tartar and Salmon Tartar are not plated as pictured, for example (I would love if they could plate it how it is pictured as it looks quite elegant in the picture).
The fish taste very fresh and clean. I did find 1 tiny bone so the inspection may need to improve a bit before it is put in finished food. Even with this, I would not fault them much.
The presentation of the ice cream is adorable and comes with the cutest tiny spoon!
