Although the best Chimayo is in silverthorne , the convenience of having a closer restaurant to Breck is really nice . It’s great that this location accepts cash (and card) .
It’s not a sit down restaurant . . They do have small bar by the window , other wise there’s seats outside. I hope they get outside heaters eventually!

Cashier glared at me and ignored what I was saying because she wanted to waste time and not explain to me how to order until after she decided she was done giving me bad service because I was annoying her with my inexperience. Ordering is different from the Dillon location. To management, I recommend adding onto the spiel on how to order since it’s only going to take a sentence or two. Gave her a decent tip anyway because she looked and acted miserable. Love how they put one so much closer to Breck though.
