Our dedication to delicious deli sandwiches began in Fresno, California 25 years ago when we took over a little restaurant on Shaw Avenue. After a few years, one restaurant wasn’t enough to meet popular demand so we opened a second location, then a third, and the rest is history. We use only the freshest produce, premium deli meats, and terrific homestyle bread made locally! Our restaurants serve more than just terrific sandwiches – there are also salads, soups, and fabulous french fries (We’re known for them!) and now, yummy cheesecake desserts.

Has the atmosphere of a modern deli. Front cashier whispered during my order, probably not the best pick for front facing customer service. Sandwich was tiny in comparison to cost. Very salty as well. Feel for 20 bucks you could get more, better tasting food, elsewhere.

First time at this location. No Air conditioning and felt hot. Dirty tables and dirty floors. Please take the time to clean these areas. It will bring more revenue to your store.

During summer time who wouldn’t want to enjoy a tasty sandwich In a cool place? For the past 2 months that I have been coming in here it has stayed hot. Not a single time has it been cool. At first I thought it was a little issue that was going to get fixed soon. And it has only gotten WORSE. I recently came in and it was TOO HOT. I could not even figure out what I wanted from the menu. I could not stand a second longer in there. Absolutely not!! This definitely has to be illegal!!!

If i could add negative stars i would this place isnt even worthy of a one star . I gave it a try and was very disgusted and dissapointed with the quality of food …tremendous amounts of sodium on every sanwich and fries..then i saw the ladies in there going back and forth to the bathrooms without gloves and handling the food ..i picked up my order and trashed it ……smh save your money and go elsewhere this place is horrible

I’ve been to this location quite a few times. The first couple of times I’ve had good experiences with good food and good service. The last few times I’ve been to this location hasn’t been so pleasant. I placed my order ahead of time and was told it would be a 25 minute wait. No problem. I arrived 25 minutes later and paid for the order and the worker said it would be another 10 minutes. I waited not really a big deal. When I arrived home with the order, they added ingredients to the sandwiches which I specifically said no! The sandwiches were lukewarm! It’s very frustrating because I was the only customer in the store. I could possibly understand if they were very busy and accidentally got the order wrong but to not take your on the order and still mess it up. Come on man! The last few times the service has been getting worse and the food isn’t much better.

I placed an online order for future pick up time and when I arrived I was told that the order was not ready. The cashier pulled my receipt and handed it to someone to start making my sandwich so they never even started my order. I use that feature because I’m usually picking food up on my way to work and don’t have time to wait. I was very disappointed with the service.

Your sandwaiches are great, but this post is about your fries. The fries are not oily and have a tiny lil hint of garlic that puts them over the top. Not sure if that was accidental or on purpose but they were very good. And they didnt harden like “you know whos fries” after 15 minutes.

These ladies aren’t friendly, they are slow, and they don’t make your sandwich the deli delicious way. They skimp on everything from the meat to the condiments and the bread is hard!!!! Go to the one off Cleveland instead let this location go broke.
