I have been a baker at Panera and making the bagels is the easiest part outside if the cookies. My wife and I picked up 2 bagels I got a sesame seed but you would think it was a plain bagel. The audicity to sell this as a sesame bagel is an insult. It’s got like 15 sesame seeds total. It’s an insult to the customer that they’d allow this on the shelves.

It was a great meal. We went there dinner time. Most sweet treats are almost gone. Food was hot and delicious when served. We didn’t have to wait too long. Quick service. Staff are nice too. I love their chicken sandwich. Would definitely come back again.

Outstanding lunch! Highly efficient and friendly staff! The building was clean inside and out! The food was the same as any other location and tasted great! Easy location to get to from the main roads! Not a lot of parking so be ready if you’re in a large vehicle! Enjoy!

Very disappointed over all! Most of the tables were dirty, trash cans were all full and dirty dishes were piled up. There was one lady that was super nice I was unable to get her name. The other two employees both male seemed to he inconvenienced by the customers. I personally ordered the Tomatoe soup bowl and a Frontega sandwhich which were very good. I will be heating my soup up later. He ordered the pepperoni pizza and the New Pepperoni Sandwhich. The Pepperoni Sandwhich was a generous size of bread but the toppings were non existant he even paid for extra cheese. We will definitely not be returning to this location again.

I absolutely LOVE the food here! The drive thru is appreciated, but hard to use because if the way it’s set up in the parking lot.
The staff was very friendly to me. I got a sandwich and soup.
The Roasted Turkey & Avocado BLT was delicious, and the seasonal Autumn Squash soup was sensational.
The food was fresh and delectable. The service was quick and friendly. Thank you for a great lunch, Panera!

The manager at this location needs to find another line of work. He was very rude and short he’s unwillingness to want to help showed very quickly when he got on the phone. I explained that my order was not delivered to my door and he told me to reorder it with no refund coming back to me?!! Huh?!? Naw RYAN JAY AT THE MARTY LOCATION GOT TO GO!!!

Panera has great bakery products. They have a large variety of high quality bagels and a variety of smears from which to choose. I have not had their quiche options, but they look good. Their sandwiches are distinctive and good quality. Their soups are very good. I am not a coffee drinker, so I cannot speak to that.
The staff was friendly, engaging, helpful, efficient and bilingual. The facility was neat and spotless.
The only weakness of this restaurant is it’s location. The neighborhood is less than wonderful. It is problematic to reach from Johnson Drive. Not a terrible location, just not a great one.

They stacked all my Mac & cheese plus soups onto of my pizza. When I got home…my toppings were on the box and not on the pizza. Also didn’t give me my 2nd cup of Mac & cheese, I still had to show my receipt in order to receive my Mac & cheese these didn’t include.

I was very disenchanted. I ordered using the app. Apparently you cannot go through the drive thru with app purchase and parking is highly suboptimal. Order wasn’t ready, then I received hoodwinked instead of cold and my toasted bagels with black and crispy. Plenty of staff present but they seemed overwhelmed and chaotic.

Omg, they Were Out of Bagels at 710am on 12/12/24…..
There is no excuse, everyone knows ( during wed, thurs, fridays are busy folks picking bagels) to share for the holiday season……..they stated it would be 2 hrs or more before that would have more.
I have never seen this, the store manager (Needs to have the district manager, educate this). I drove to this location, just for bagels it is not by my work, is not close to my home. Take about a complete waste of my time and energy, and burning my fuel for nothing.
