This was not a good experience. The food took a long time to be ready and then my drink order was incorrect once I finally received my food. I had to go back inside and wait another 5 mins or so just to get someone to fix the drink order. The food taste wise was fine. There were several other people waiting inside for their orders or who had issues in the drive thru. The staff were all working quick but communication between them could make the workflow much better.

Ordered food. Delivery driver decided to drive all over the place and not pick up the food. So i canceled the order. Waited over an hour to reorder. Taco bell gave the new delivery guy the original order that was over an hour old. Food was cold and inedible. Then the “manager” wanted to get an attitude with me when I brought it back to have them remake it. Would give negative stars if I could.

This is one of the better taco bell locations around not by much but I do go a little out of my way to stop at this one over a couple of others.
I had to do an edit since my first review. The past few times I have been to this location the service is horrible at best. No matter what I order I am asked to pull around the building near the double doors and there I sit and wait for anywhere from 5 minutes to 20 minutes for my order. Even when it’s not particularly busy and I placed the order ahead of time it doesn’t make a difference. If you are in a time crunch I would avoid this location as best you can because the service is hot garbage.

OMG !!! I’ve never been inside until today. It’s so damn dirty oh boy!!! There’s just so much filth in the dining room.
I just received an order and the window girl and the young man who took the order were very polite and quick. I called up to thank them rather than complain and the person who answered ruined that. They acted as if they’ve never spoken to an adult before especially one who was trying to give them a nice compliment. So that knocked it down for me. But the food was good for what it is. But can’t expect too much nowadays.

Cinnamon twists tasted like they had chemicals on it – always cold and stale too. Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. They get mad and say you didn’t ask for certain items despite the proof literally being on your receipt and give you attitude for their own mess ups

We have been to this location before and didn’t have any issues, I ordered the same thing that I always do and found this mushy like black thing on my Mexican pizza. I’m assuming that it’s a moldy tomato? How an employee didn’t see that as my food was being made idk.

Horrible service! Placed order online got to the drive thru and they are rude said they don’t have the order and I must have ordered some where else. Loon on cc transactions and what we know they got the order go back through the slow line for same woman to tell me to pull forward in front in parking spot. Really do better!!!
