Fresh, fast and consistent is how I describe this place. I tend to eat here once a week or so. Staff is always pleasant and no matter who is here the food is always good. I generally get a cold sandwich but recently found that the hot ones are also solid choices. Fresh bread, fresh toppings and good meat what more could you ask for.

Love the food and atmosphere but didn’t realize that they were scamming people from receiving your reward points. I plug my number each time and would see I got so many points on their screen. Well that’s not case. They weren’t actually ADDING my points into my account. So today when I went and made a purchase my points didn’t increase. Turns out the cashiers aren’t adding them in. The manager went into the system and did it. Why have point system and not apply to our purchases?!
Yes, Zack fixed it once I realized nothing was being added. When he looked back into the system and my number was there but that person didn’t add it. Had I not doubled checked I wouldn’t have known about this, and I wouldn’t have received any points. Then I called about the subs and there was still a bit of annoyance after spending quite a bit of money, and asking to have them remade. I don’t see why it was such a hassle to begin with. In the end yes my points were added and subs were remade, but after I had to make a fuss and leave a review.

Clean place. Good quality meats. Ranch Chicken cheese steak was very salty. Tuna sub was good. Will have to try an Italian next time, it looked good.
Prices are a bit high compared to other sub shops. $38 for 2 subs.

Nice clean storefront. Employees were great, and the subs were really good. Definitely one of my favorite chain sub shops around. I was quite surprised to see the negative review with the skimpy amount of meat, they definitely didn’t skimp with mine. Maybe an employee had an off day. Either way, this location is great.

This is my 4th order in a row from this location that’s been just truly awful. I ordered a mikes famous Philly bowl with bacon, extra meat, and extra cheese. What I received was nothing short of pathetic. I paid $15 for maybe 5 spoonfuls of meat. Not even enough to cover the bottom of the trey. I won’t order from here ever again. If anyone asks me, I’ll tell them to go anywhere but here.

This is my go to sandwich shop in Londonderry. The place is clean and bright. Fast and friendly service. The food is always fresh and tasty. Menu prices are bit on the high side which is the only negative. An overall four star customer experience.

I got a large tuna on a gluten free Udi’s sub roll. Jersey Mikes is the only place around with GF subs and they have always been a good option, although a bit pricey, I thought it was worth it untill tonight. My sub was soaked through with a crazy amount of vinegar and the biggest problem was the very thin amount of tuna salad. Usually, Jersey Mikes is overly generous with their fillings which also makes the cost a bit more worth it seeing as I typically get two meals out of a large. Tonight there was more lettuce than tuna. I finished the filling with tons of left over, vinegar drenched, hollowed out GF bread and am looking aroung for something else to complete my meal. Will avoid buying hereagain in the future. For 24$ this sub was definitely not worth it.

I never leave reviews but today I got a Big Kahuna steak and cheese and let me tell you it was SOOOO BOMB like omg whoever was on that grill deserves a raise and a vacation to the bahamas. Matter a fact everyone should get a raise it was soooooo good and everything was perfect!!!!
