The custard is very good. This was my first ever visit to a custard place. I got the chocolate custard in a “cake” cone (the old kind like we used to use for birthdays). The custard was light yet rich. Smooth, very flavorful, and I could’ve eaten a few more scoops. I would definitely recommend this as an alternative to regular ice cream.

Showed up 11:20pm like a jerk but my service was A+ thanks to Kate being super patient and helpful, the concrete with Reese‘s peanut butter cups, and cheesecake was delicious. Could’ve used a little bit more toppings but you can’t win them all. Gentlemen at the register is very efficient and pleasant for it being closing time.

I stopped by 3 minutes before closing time, I asked if it was okay since I didn’t want to make the crew start over if they were about to close up. But Omar and the crew said no problem and got me taken care of with some amazing shakes! Big shout out to Omar and the crew for working on New Year’s Day and doing it with a smile!

I wanted to come write a review about the young man with curly hair and blue eyes. I want to say his name was Andre, he’s so helpful! This was my first visit to Andy’s, and he was able to explain the products offered, and suggest something that myself and my partner would enjoy based off of what we told him we liked. He had a long line, but didn’t spare a moment in helping us choose a yummy treat, which we both ended up loving! THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE! We never felt rushed or that he was too busy for us, and to me, that’s what allot of businesses are lacking these days. We appreciate you, young man! I hope this gets you some type of recognition from your bosses, you deserve it! We will be back!

Well seems like I should’ve looked at the reviews first. I assumed all Andy’s were good since we’ve never had a bad experience. But It seems no one’s had a good experience at this location. There was not one person outside and I was the only one in the drive thru, but they were in such a rush for some reason. Then handed me a melted banana split. Sounds like they need to get it together here or they’re gonna be out of business at this location. Definitely go anywhere else, there’s another one not too far up the road that’s better.
