I have always had good luck with this Subway restaurant. I usually order on the app and pick up. Yesterday I ordered the same thing I always do, a chicken salad on flatbread, and there was a long, dark hair in my chicken salad. I had all I could do not to throw up because I didn’t see it before I took the bite that it was in. Will probably not be ordering from there again.

I want to bring attention to some variability in food freshness at this Subway location, particularly during the evening shifts with less experienced staff members. With my dietetics background and experience working at Subway in high school, I appreciate the importance of proper food handling and the standards Subway Restaurants aim to maintain. I have noticed several instances where hot food has been left out longer than ideal, which has led to issues such as crusty proteins and lukewarm chicken subs. Additionally, I have observed some greens that appear browned or wilted, along with rubbery onions and peppers and black olives that seem to have been retrieved from a container with liquid rather than being replaced with fresh ones. In contrast, the daytime team consistently provides fresh and high-quality subs. I believe it would benefit the evening staff to receive additional training or oversight to help them meet these essential standards. This adjustment could significantly enhance the overall customer experience and uphold the quality that Subway is known for.

The employees are rude! The last few times I went there, they were rude. Who walks into order and the employee said” what do you want” rudely?, like I was bothering them and there was no other customers in the building. Only 1 star because I can’t give negative stars. Customer service needs a lot of improvements before I go back.

The staff was FABULOUS! One of them searched a pile of coupons, found one that would work for us and used it to save me money! We will get subs there again for sure the next time we are in town. Wish we could move them to one of the LaCrosse Subways. (where we are from)

This location is still having Staffing challenges, and staff on the line lack basic training in tasks as simple as changing out the soda syrup bag when it is empty. It actually took two employees to accomplish this basic task because the older employee apparently was unable to lift the bag, so the younger employee lifted, and the older employee connected it.. bare bones team work, I suppose. This impacts the quality of food, and the customer experience. They continue to offer a discount for veterans, but have reduced it now from 20% to 10%. Not sure what prompted the change. I also noticed that there were a number of tables dirty, that had been unoccupied for at least 20 to 30 minutes. Yet, the employees behind the counter were standing around doing nothing. There’s a saying in restaurants, if you have time to lean, you have time to clean… perhaps they should embrace that adage.

Only giving them one because I have to. They made me wait even after starting my order to take online orders. Waited over 25 minutes for them to tell me to wait for another order that came through while I was already ordering… I left because I wasn’t going to wait an hour to get a cold sandwich. Be better subway

We’ve had good service the few times that we’ve gone there and they are open, however the last three times I have gone they have been closed like an hour early. I understand being short staffed, but change your hours on Google if you’re not going to be open till 9 anymore. Some people work late and waste their time and gas going to order food after work only for you guys to be closed way earlier than your posted hours.

Normally I like Subway and I never had an issue before, so it is probably just this location and staff. The people who took our order were surprisingly incompetent for a subway, which was surprising because they were at least twice my age. The staff ignored everything we were requesting and just started making sandwiches based on “What’s recommended.” I just wanted to stop them and say “Who is recommending these things? Certainly not me.” Not only was their service disappointing but it could potentially be dangerous if I had any food allergies to what they were putting on my sandwich. If you have options besides this subway, I’d take my recommendation and stay away.

Absolutely terrible job! I wanted to order three subs I got done with my second one I said I need a bacon ranch 6 inch and he completely ignored me and moved onto a new costumer behind me. He was extremely rude during the making of my subs. What kind of boss are you supost to be dude? Jimmer you need to be fired I’m never coming to this subway again. I understand your short staffed but that doesn’t give you the right to disrespect every costumer that comes in just cause your upset. If I could give you 0 stars I would. DONT COME TO THIS SUBWAY.
