I ordered food for my family: chicken with french fries (found a hair) and ordered pork fried rice with chicken and broccoli without broccoli and they got that wrong. The female receptionist acts like she doesn’t care about anything and they have like 3 managers that don’t communicate with each other. BEWARE OF THE DELIVERY PERSON HE YELLS AND BE VERY RUDE.

I found a long hair in my food as I was serving my kids It was under the food so it definitely didn’t come from us. Plus, we have different hair texture, so I called them up to come pick it up and was told “no refunds” because of Covid and that they couldn’t replace my meal. What!!? I am no longer doing business with there whatsoever. They are rude, unprofessional and DIRTY! God knows what else got through without us noticing. Lastly, what’s up with the delivery guy? He almost yelled at me for not having change to tip him.

This is a great place to order delivery. They are busy but have great tasting food. Their customer service is excellent and welcoming. The food is always fresh and not greasy like other Chinese restaurants. However, I took a star away because they are slightly more money than other Chinese restaurants in the area.

Ordered chicken wings and fries. The chicken wings were very small and over cooked. The fries were cold and rubbery. The delivery driver didn’t want to get out the car to DELIVER at my apartment ( outside). When he did I still gave him a dollar tip. He seemed unappreciated and walked off. No thank you. I will not order from them again. A waste of money.
