Employees removed the Mobile Order stand which was their solution to some guy stealing sandwiches. Not just 1 or 2.. And not on 1 occasion. Instead of telling the police on this guy (the police actually frequent this place and hang out in the restaurant), they prefer to make customers that have already paid for their food wait until they’ve finished working through their line before they’ll grab their order off the counter right behind them. The whole point of ordering on the app is to avoid the dang line. Please put the rack back out!

I order from here like three times a week bc it’s right by my house. Today I got a mobile order and this was my sandwich. Not even cut. I put on the receipt I wanted it toasted and I got it ice cold. Coming from someone who used to manage a subway, flatbread is supposed to be toasted period. It’s a requirement for that bread. Nothing like eating an ice cold sandwich for breakfast. Their service has done downhill too. Normally I don’t write negative reviews because I do work on customer service but this has happened more than once and now I’m frustrated
