I tried to place an order in the drive thru when I noticed that my receipt didn’t match what I ordered. So I went inside to fix the issue, but the manager told me that they would not fix it NOR refund me. I left went to a different store order what was supposed to be on the order and I was right. I went back and explained again what happened and she still wouldn’t refund me. Mind you I never took the food because the order was incorrect. She was extremely rude and nasty. She yelled several times and I wasn’t rude nor do I yell at her. This whole situation was extremely stressful and all could have been avoided by fixing the receipt the first time.

I don’t understand how this wendy’s has such a low rating. The quality every time I come here is outstanding. As you can see with the sandwich, it is very appetizing and uh I was delighted to be able to enjoy it. And the ladies, there are sweeter than the syrups that make the drinks.

Kiosk does not have what we want on the menu on the kiosk. We tried to come up to the cash register and get our food. The lady told us to go back to the kiosk. The kiosk does not have what we want on there. She is still trying to argue with us about the menu. The manager here at this location needs to be fired. She is very rude

Absolutely disgusting. I understand this Wendy’s is in a lower class area, but where are the standards?
Edit: Just went to this location and they were BUSY but from the window to the end to get my food was about 5 minutes. They forgot a double stack burger and 2 order of nuggets but they resolved it within a couple of minutes. We are human and miss things sometimes but I am shocked on how fast the staff were moving. The food was as good as fast food can be. Definitely will not think twice ordering here

The white woman is definitely stealing at this location. She swiped our card last night and then lied and said it didn’t go through and proceeded to ask for half of the amount in cash. I checked my card and they took the full amount. So be careful at this location because they are definitely stealing as well

Man they never open their on time or when they do they say they only taking online orders. The service sucks, they can’t hear. They run out of coke all the time. Food never made right. I always forget how bad it is until I go again. It’s only a block away from me.

Never fail to forget something in my order, called me a liar and tried to charge me again for a ranch that they had forgotten to put in my bag that I already paid for. If you want to make sure you’re getting what you paid for this is not the place to go to.
