I have some concerns about cleanliness after a few things I seen. While waiting for my food I noticed most workers wore gloves which made me happy but the cashier doesn’t wear gloves which makes sense UNTIL she jumps in to help bag front counter food after touching money & when she grabs the fries her hands touch them because there is no way to grab the fries without your hands coming into contact with them a little which is not an issue when the fry guy with gloves does it but instead they have someone else bagging the orders and I watched TWO workers grab the broom & dustpan to sweep for a few seconds before going back to bagging and touching the food WITHOUT GLOVES!
♀️ Than a worker put her hand in the trash can by the fries to push the trash down and went back to bagging. NONE OF THEM WASHED THEIR HANDS INBETWEEN doing these things and at that point I did not want any food and was disgusted and worried about food poisoning or other germs on the food.
TO MAKE IT WORSE, I was in the bathroom & was surprised to see a worker wiping down all of the stall doors & walls & it surprised me at first (in a good way)… UNTIL I noticed she was using the SAME RAG to clean the toilet & sink AND MIRROR & the stall door and walls. ♀️ That is beyond disgusting. I know many restaurants who don’t ever clean stall walls and doors so I was happy to see this until I realized what she was doing. It was ALL HALF ASSED too. She didn’t even use mirror cleaner & after cleaning the toilet wiped the mirror with the rag. It literally made the mirror look TERRIBLE (that’s not how you clean a mirror) so streaks and a fogginess was left on the entire mirror making it look gross & dirty. The toilet seats were the only thing wiped so the toilets were still dirty. Both toilet paper holders in the women’s restroom make an awful squeaking noise that’s so loud when pulling for the toilet paper. She literally just spread germs all over the entire bathroom.
When I do a job I have to do it right or it bothers me but no see not everyone feels the same. Food safety is extremely important when working in the food industry so this was appalling. The workers were friendly and they had a good team and were not short staffed. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and is comfortable but these things I seen are unacceptable in my opinion and need to be addressed IMMEDIATELY. It’s managements job to hold their employees accountable or else they will continue to do the bare minimum. Not all workers need someone to manage them and tell them to do things right but sadly a lot of others do. I hope this gets addressed because it’s very dangerous for food safety and customers who consume the food.

The drive through lady had a nasty attitude , she slammed our drink on the counter service was horrible she didn’t give me a receipt I had to ask for one nor did they give us any napkins or condiments.

Good food, nothing special about the service though. I had a jr bacon cheeseburger and spicy chicken nuggets they were upto par. The frosty was tasty. I’d come back again.
Update: The options were rather limited on my last visit. They took away the Bacon Pretzel Pub. Also they were out of Sprite, however, they didn’t mention until we were at the window and charged us for Soda’s instead of waters we received. The food was okay the chicken was fresh, but the lettuce was a bit old.

Everytime Ive gone here I have an issue, or Im waiting in line with several customers *besides* the drive through because they cant make food fast enough for a “3 person rush”

Got the wrong order. Realized once I sat down to eat that they gave me something entirely different than what I wanted, and paid for. When I call them, they tell me I can come back — which at much of my frustration I tell them that’s not happening as I live 20 minutes away and proceed to tell them to just issue me a refund which they said they would. Guess what happens next? They never did. I call back again today and the woman tells me I have to come in with a receipt…which they never gave me. I just took it up with the bank. People in Pensacola are so slow and incompetent. What a world we live in and it’s only going to get worse

CHECK YOUR FOOD!!! My wife had hair all in her sandwich. Not only were fries old and literally dipped back into the fryer to be made warm but like I had mentioned about the hair!!! Hopped on the phone and called restaurant and spoke with manager Ashley and she did not really seem to care. She just kept saying thank you so much and kept pushing to get off of the phone.i will definitely be making sure yall are following all protocols. Let’s get ready for inspections. Picture was just one of the few that my wife hadn’t threw away yet. Just another piece she had found. Now she doesn’t even want to eat her food.

Had a great experience. Food was fresh and only took 3-5 minutes to receive. I recommend this location over any in the area. They seem to really try to keep the customers happy at this location.

I literally love this location!!! it’s literally the best location in town. I always end up coming on night shift tonight. Jessica was the manager on duty and she was amazing super sweet and understanding when I requested a remake. The staff that she had on shift tonight were just very kind as well even gave me a free cookie! for having to turn around but out of everyone BRIAN!! was the absolute best!! He was very empathetic and understanding while I was there, I was a little scared to ask for the remake, but he reassured me that it was okay. Continue to do what you guys are doing!!! You guys are really changing the narrative on fast food nowadays, PLEASE Keep it Up!!
