I witnessed the staff and manager being verbally abused by a customer who clearly ordered the wrong thing. The staff handled it amazingly! They were calm, respectful and friendly. Super customer service! Our pizza was delicious. The staff deserve medals for dealing with such unkind folks. It isn’t hard to be kind.

I ordered my food at 4pm for a large group (10 pizzas and 1 bread sticks) for pick up at 7:45pm to give enough time for them to prepare. The lady was so rude at pick up and said I should have called the night before to place “such a large order”. The breadsticks I ordered were inedible – no seasoning, topping or nothing. I am very disappointed having such rude customer service, and food that showed it their irritation.

I didn’t even order. A woman was yelling at a teenage girl about clocking her out and to go home after the teenager stating she was on the schedule to work today and lady told the teenager she was going to get her fired. Very unprofessional and in my opinion disrespectful and not necessary. This is why it’s hard for our younger generation in the workforce. Power trippers instead of RESPECT for others.

Well. This was my regular stop and grab a pizza on the way home place but not any more.
Picked up two pizzas. Paid extra for double everything, two toppings. Apparently this (picture) is double beef and black olive and it looks identical to every other pizza I have received from here. Pathetic.
They also didn’t even put pepperoni on another pizza, just pineapple. Whoever helped me insisted that the beef black olive was double as “it’s two topping” (whatever that means), then tried to tell me that the pepperoni was under the cheese on the second pizza. It wasn’t.
Didn’t get a picture of second pizza before they took it back, so the two pictures are their idea of pizzas with double toppings. Won’t be back. Not worth the $45 for two pizzas. And their “sorry” was extra packets of pepper flakes, which we don’t eat.

ordered a pizza from them and the pizza came without the Alfredo sauce that I ordered on it. instead of canceling the order because they did not have the Alfredo sauce in stock they sent the pizza with doordash out anyway.called and talked to the “manager” Mike and after a bit of talking he acknowledged that they did not have alfredo sauce in stock he offered me a free pizza to make up for it today but no I bought from Domino’s instead.pretty poor food

There were several toppings I wanted on the pizza. When I got it, all the toppings seemed to be there. However, there might have been one of each on each slice. I wouldn’t have a problem with that, so much if the price had not been $40.+ dollars. There is absolutely no way that pizza was worth that much… no way. I will not patronize Papa John’s again. Ridiculous.
