JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION.
I understand that this store may be understaffed but their hygiene need critical attention.
I cannot described it but I’m leaving pictures.
There were drainage flies and the worst was that the lady who attended me keep coursing, saying bad words the whole time, does not know about hygiene and gives poor to tremendously poor customer service. Everything is so dirty here.

I’ve had good experiences at this location before, but today today my sandwich was drenched in so much sauce that there’s more liquid than solid. Didn’t realize that they’re trying to sell soup now . Jokes aside it was inedible and I had to just toss it out.

This is a bus terminal for greyhound this is my third time here and this store the employees always outside smoking put a sing break for 15 minutes wait it 37 minutes for then to be told they are closing. Bad Bad bad

I went there on 01/19/2025 at 6 pm and there were tons of fruit fries on the coke machine. The machine syrup hasn’t been cleaned or changed out. The inventory for the lettuce, and tomatoes, other veggies were very low. She was making her self food instead of tending to customers. This place is disgusting. Some short chick that works there. Bad attitude. Get rid of her.

The food is fine. It’s like any other subway. But be prepared to wait if you submit a mobile order. My order says it was ready at 1:10. I got there at 1:25 and it wasn’t even started. If you order ahead because you’re in a hurry you might as well show up right after it’s placed because that’s the only way they will start it on time. This isn’t a one off either not once have I placed a mobile order and had it ready when I got there to pick it up. Unfortunately this is the only subway in the area so I don’t have a choice when I want subway. ♀️

The first time I went to this subway months ago I had the worst sub ever. One thin line of turkey and that’s it. This past Sunday 8/25/24 I went in around 4pm and the guy was amazing!! Best sub I’ve ever had. He had a huge line of people but he carefully made the subs and was extremely nice. This guy should get a raise or a promotion!!
His coworker, on the other hand, that came in, clocked in, and even though she clearly saw him with a huge line, went back out and sat in her car. Fire her.

Customer service was garbage, the employee with the ID #144, did not care at all. There were too many flies in the store, plus the counter was dirty. When I informed the employee of the flies he smiled and did not seem to care.
