The popcorn chicken were perfectly crunchy on the outside with tender, juicy inside, coated in that crunchy seasoning, and came with a generous side of creamy, slightly spicy dipping sauce. The pork sandwich was phenomenal; it was tender and packed with savory goodness, fresh greens, and just the right amount of sauce to make it messy in the best way. The bread was flaky and toasted perfectly. The large iced horchata milk tea was creamy, not too sweet, perfectly balanced, with mini biscuit bits and that signature Hong Kong-style richness.

Service was fantastic too. You order at the self-service kiosk, which is super easy and quick, but then they bring everything right to your table so no need to get up and wait at the counter. Super convenient and welcoming!

The atmosphere is casual and cozy with a bright, clean, modern vibe with modest seating. It’s a great spot to relax with friends or grab a quick, high-quality meal. Definitely worth the visit, and I’ll be back soon for more!

This is a place to grab a smoothie or milk tea. I’m a huge fan of the Mango Pomelo Smoothie. It’s packed with mango and just the right amount of tang from the pomelo. So refreshing and tasty. Their milk teas are also very good. All their drinks have been been consistently flavorful, refreshing, and perfectly balanced.

I love that I can adjust the sweetness (no sugar or less sweet), and the staff always checks in, letting me know if the syrup itself might still be a little sweet. Whenever I have questions about food or drinks, they’re friendly, attentive, and happy to answer, which makes the experience even better.

I recently discover that we get a random coupon in the mail–what a fun surprise! 🙂

My boy friend and I tried this place for first time and it was delicious. I had the tomato and egg with chicken cutlet. And he had the chicken curry. Then we shared the bubble waffle with strawberries bananas and chocolate. We added the ice cream. Sooo good. If you are in Centreville. Try them out.

Ordered one of their milk teas today. The tea leaf flavor is fantastic. They customized my tea with less sugar, and dairy free. I dined in their cute, cafe style tea house.

Great owner-chef. Diverse and changing menu with incredible flavors. One of the only places around to get rou jia mo and the “bun” is incredible. The dumpling soup is another staple for us and addictive. The hot mochi desert is decadent and also a favorite. Often has discounts on parts of the menu, has a rewards point system, and is a great value. This should be a top foodie spot and needs more recognition and patronage.

Best smoothie/boba drink I’ve had in a while. I can tell they use quality ingredients by the taste of it. It is very refreshing and they take their time making it perfectly! Can’t wait to come back again :))

Been here twice and will come back. Drinks are authentic (just like the ones I had in HK). Food is good as always. Kid liked the ice cream but would think it will look better if in paper cup instead.

After reading positive reviews about this Hong Kong Tea House, I decided to try it for lunch.

The interior of this cozy cafe was clean and well-maintained, though seating options were somewhat limited. As a self-service establishment, customers can conveniently place their orders at kiosks, and I appreciated the owner’s thoughtful gesture of bringing the food to my table.

The Gyudon Japanese Beef Bowl was enjoyable, though I found it relatively standard and felt that the portion size was small for the price. The Hong Kong Coffee Milk Tea was satisfactory, and I was pleased to discover that I could adjust the sugar level to suit my taste preferences.

The establishment offers a variety of food options, including Jian Bing Guo Zi and Popcorn Chicken. I look forward to returning to sample these dishes.

This place was pretty chill. The staff greeted us upon arrival and was respectful. The restaurant itself is quite small but it wasn’t busy when we came during lunchtime on a weekend. Of the 3 dishes we ordered, we liked the fried popcorn chicken the most. It had a nice texture and wasn’t too dry. They also have a lot of options for sauce on the side.
The peach oolong milk tea was lacking in flavor. I tasted mostly milk with a hint of oolong. The lychee yogurt tasted a lot better.

I was in the area for work and found this hidden gem.
Delicious wonton soup, tea, coffee and desserts. Loved the ice cream on top of the hot glazed donut.
I was able to plug in my computer and do work.
I’ll visit again when I’m in town.
