Reviews
Looking forward to coming to this branch more. Highly recommended! Thank you for a great experience! Gracias!
Located in the Broadlands Village Shopping Center (42385 Ryan Rd, Suite 102-B) is one of the cleanest and most wheelchair-friendly fast-casual restaurants in Ashburn. Two marked accessible parking spaces sit directly in front of the entrance, connected by a level curb ramp and wide doorway. The restroom is uncluttered and fully ADA-compliant… truly wheelchair accessible, not just labeled as such.
Inside, it’s bright, realtively quiet, and spotless, with modern décor and organized prep stations. Food is fresh and priced fairly, though service accuracy varies by shift. Delivery through DoorDash and Uber Eats adds convenience, and the hours are generous (Mon–Fri 9 AM–11 PM, Sat–Sun 9 AM–10 PM).
Their personal pizzas lean Chicago-style deep dish, buttery and thick, rather than the thin, foldable New York or Neapolitan style. Interestingly, a Google search states: ”Subway’s pizzas are generally personal-sized, with a thin crust, and are baked in 85 seconds. This contrasts sharply with Chicago-style deep-dish pizza, which has a much thicker, pie-like crust and is cooked for a longer time.”
Bottom line: Clean, comfortable, and convenient – a reliable stop for sandwiches or a quick meal, though service consistency could be sharper.
This time, I placed an online order. I didn’t add anything spicy, but the sub came extremely spicy. I also selected “less sauce,” but they drowned it in sauce anyway. It was honestly inedible.
I’ve avoided writing this review before because I like to support people, but this was too much. I always tell myself I won’t order again, but due to the lack of food options nearby, I keep giving it another chance and every time, I regret it. This review is mainly a reminder to myself to not order from here again.
