The food is good, but the location at the Palisades Mall is not optimal. It’s very dark. The worker is usually sitting down and hiding. People generally think that the place is closed. I suggest more lights (those Christmas lights strewn around might even work), the worker should give out samples while standing OUTSIDE the little area, and cook samples during busy days so that the SMELL of the waffles will market the food naturally. I’d hate to see this place fail.

The older lady or mom dropped the metal cup, looked at me, rinsed the cup using no soap, then proceeded to make my drink in said cup. I didn’t see anyone using gloves either.

The ladies who work here are incredibly kind. My Nutella crepe with strawberries and blueberries was delicious. I can’t wait to try more of the menu. This is the best food at the Palisades!

I wanted to like this place but I found two long pieces of hair in my tuna melt and a bug in the salad. The server was very nice but I wish my meal was sanitary.
