I always order through the window but I actually came in to order today for the first time and wanted to review! The food is always really good and the window service is always great, but man the service in the lobby is spectacular! The staff is stellar, pleasant, organized, and quick. They were PACKED for lunch today, it’s Sunday, which I know gets crazy, but they kept food rolling out with smiles on their faces and a pleasant tone in their voices. Food all went out in an orderly fashion in the lobby with the drive through wrapped. As someone who worked in restaurants for over a decade, I remain really impressed with this Biscuitville location. Some of the most consistently friendly and solid service in town! Plus, where else can you get this good of fresh eggs and biscuits? THANKS, you guys rock!

Very rarely is a restaurant “5 Star across the board”… but the Biscuitville in New Bern definitely is…. and a shout out to AJ, she was smiling the whole time while I was ordering, answered any questions I had, and just went above and beyond…. she seemed happy to be there, and truly seemed to enjoy her job… I got a SEC biscuit with hashbrown and biscuit gravy on the side. Literally perfect temperature to eat right away, it was hot, but not enough to burn your mouth. And the biscuit actually looked like it does on the menu….. which is rare! Lol. Looking forward to coming back again and again.

Making this review specifically because the young lady who took my order. She was bright, cheerful and pleasant. Kept busy between customers, cleaning trays or eating areas etc. Just an exemplary worker to have on the team so I certainly hope she is appreciated!(ate here around noon on 12/21 lol) keep up the good work

Excellent new Southern style restaurant in New Bern! The food is delicious! & The Staff is first class. The atmosphere is very fast paced, nevertheless,they will even bring the food to your table! The facility is very clean, inside & out, while your enjoyment of the exquisite freshly cooked taste is guaranteed.I love eggs over easy,most people don’t,the Staff cooks them to perfection.Hot coffee, sausage & crispy tender fries are all on the menu….

The fella calling names as orders were filled needs was a rear end. He called my name. I raised my hand and continued situating my granddaughter. Apparently he was expecting me to walk to him to get my food. He stalked over and stood at the limits of my reach from my seat and extended the food tray. Would not step forward and set it on the table. Then sarcastically said, “THANKS for coming up BUD”. Last visit for my and my granddaughter.

I dislike ordering eggs anywhere because they come out cold. I ordered in the New Bern Biscuitville and much too my surprise they were hot! They were so good. Thank you,every restaurant should do what you do.

Only fast food breakfast “only” place I know of. I had heard a few good things about it and decided to try it. It was good and I’d eat there again, just wouldn’t necessarily go out of my way to get there. Biscuits were however delicious, soft and fluffy, not your typical dry biscuit.

Ok, I’ll try to be as honest as possible.
I think my problem with Biscuitville is that I had my expectations too high which caused me to go in with the idea that I was going to have the best breakfast of my life, which unfortunately I did not.
I ordered a Cuban.
The buiscuit was good, average.
The filling was too salty, no balance of flavors.
My husband and I ordered the two “special” drinks. I don’t have pictures but the drink is more on ice than anything else.
The service, average. I understand that there are lots and lots of people who are new and being trained. Good for biscuitville! For providing opportunity and source of work.
Overall, not bad but not good either.
The atmosphere was pretty good tho!✨

First time going there, and I went to the drive-through. I ordered and paid for a sausage and egg biscuit. I got a sausage biscuit, no egg. I didn’t discover it until I got home. Not really inclined to go back.
