Could not eat our meal…it was so greasy and the grease was burnt. The oil on the plate had black specs in it. Eggs were over cooked and hard..hash browns were burnt. It was awful, sausage was also over cooked and hard.
On top of that my daughter and I both nearly slipped on the greasy floor. And after all of this she brought our check…over $27.00!
She said they would make our meal over, really?? We certainly were not going to wait for them to clean the grill. They did my Texas toast on that greasy griddle and brought it to me with the grease soaked into it..
Be aware when you go there, this is not a place you want to eat!!
I would never recommend this Huddle House!! I wouldn’t deed that greasy mess to my dog!

It’s hit or miss! One cook one server! We’ve experienced two separate teams and the cooks are extremely rude and mouthy about not wanting to cook. It’s a bad dynamic. Food reflects the cook’s attitude. And the restaurant runs out of food.

My experience at the newly opened Huddle House of Crossett, AR exceeded my expectations, May 4,2023. The wait staff (we had Alona and Sariyah) were all courteous and hard working. The place was buzzing with customers and employees and I was hit with a mouth-watering aroma of what I can only describe as “a full breakfast” as soon as the door opened. The menu offered so many choices but in the end I chose eggs and bacon, and my friend ordered the huddle bowl and a side of pancakes. Everything we ordered was cooked to perfection. The pancakes really were the star of the meal. Light, fluffy and golden, these circles of joy really made our meal over the top. We will be back!

There were only 2 people working so service was slow. Either we were very hungry or the food was delicious because it was worth the wait. I had the steak and eggs – the steak, I literally cut it with my fork it was so tender. My wife had the stuffed hash browns and it was so big it barely fit on the plate. She could only eat half and she was full! We are going back today!!

They make EVERYTHING form GREAT VALUE Walmart products and charge like it high quality from the distributer. They charge $0.50 extra for each of the smallest eggs they can order off the truck when they are supposed to order large eggs. The freezer is contently leaking (which means its not at the right temp) and the floors hadn’t been mopped in over a week the last time I was in there (you can ice skate on them if your not wearing nonslip shoes because of the oil). Worst of all they constantly serve PORK sausage or PORK contaminated food to people who specifically say they cant have pork for religious or medical reasons.

My server name was Kali & they was packed house and she still made sure everybody food was getting delivered while cooking and serving as well. She even made sure we had refills by giving us new glasses ! We haven’t been to huddle house in 2 years we definitely would be back now

I have to edit my previous review. The last couple of visits to the Crossett Huddle House has been awful! The eggs are runny and swimming in oil or water – couldn’t tell exactly what it was. The pancakes looked like they were cooked on a dirty griddle. The omelets were gross, hash browns were burned and the grits were inedible. I couldn’t even finish my meal. Flies everywhere. And I had a birthday offer for a free MVP breakfast and wasn’t allowed to use it. I will drive to Bastrop from now on! So disappointed!
