We were there for the Kentucky Fried Chicken part of the restaurant, and even before I ordered, the lady working the front register let me know that due to an oven breakdown, they did not have any biscuits prepared. But she offered me extra large sides to go along with our meal to compensate for the lack of biscuits. I thought it was great customer service that they let me know up front what was going on and they had a solution to offer, and that actually worked out great for us! We ordered a 20-piece meal and waited only a few minutes for everything to be prepared and ready to go.

I was craving some kfc fries. So I did get a large fry. I walked in and the person was on their phone. They took my order then went straight back to their phone. I stood there waiting a few minutes for already done Fries. No one in the back wanted to get the fries.

The front counter has zero attention paid to it, no matter what time of day you go there. There is one younger guy that gets to it when he can, but between running the windows and trying to help make food, he just can’t keep an eye on all of it at once. We waited 20 minutes before they took our order and we were the only people in the lobby. The food was old and tough. This location makes you feel like you’re burdening them by trying to order food. It’s RIDICULOUS! If I could rate negative stars I would have!

Get the bah, I have a wad of napkins look half used, the cinna twist are dumped out in the bag and I got 1 chalupa and 2 Dippin burritos, the burritos were wrapped together.

Got a 3 piece box meal from KFC and the chicken was small, greasy and looked and tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The guy working the register seemed like he couldn’t care less if we were there or not.

Asked for 2 chicken chalupas with no lettuce or tomato and after 20 mins got 2 beef chalupas with lettuce and tomato. The kids were literally up front vaping and swearing in front of customer. Ridiculous service and the food was honestly disgusting and for a Taco Bell that says a lot. Do not go here

The Cantina chicken bowl was actually pretty good I was shocked because I have not been to Taco Bell in a long time but it kept being advertised across my feet and I’m like fine let me go so I went it was good I was surprised now I can’t answer the question about the atmosphere because I went through the drive-thru but they were pretty nice to drive through so again for Taco Bell that was pretty good
