Drive thru menu needs updated, your only option for the “non classics” is subway series so for instance I wanted a steak and cheese but had to order the Philly and sit there and take off everything I didn’t want to get my usual sandwich. So I did just that, and when I drove all the way home to find out my sub had random things that I had taken off on the sandwich. The same thing with Fiance’s sandwich. $29 down the damn drain because staff didn’t pay attention to what was taken off and what was put on. Update your drive thru menu so customers can get their classic sandwiches as in the steak and cheese not “the Philly”

I think the touch screen needs recalibrated or staff need to pay attention to orders. My order was not right and I didn’t notice until I unwrapped it when I got home. (45 min away). I ordered a 12” sub, got a 6”. I did not select onions, I got onions. I ordered 2 bags of chips, I got 3 and I ordered one drink and I got 2. I let the drink slide when I was handed another one because I knew it would get drank but wish I would have discovered the rest of the mistakes before I got all the way home!

Went in today to grab lunch. I ordered a 12” cold cut combo. I get home the bread is so dried out I can put my finger right through it, my meat was WARM!!!! The whole thing went in the trash. I about got sick trying to eat it. I eat here a lot and today might have just ruined it.

Every time I place an order through door dash they never have cookies. I’ve order during dinner, lunch and in between. Tell me why at 1230 there are no chocolate chip cookies or even the raspberry cheesecake one. Do better. You know this is an issue and it’s an easy fix so fix it

Friendly service however, talk about only 3 onions and a squirt of Mayo! We all understand cost of food however when they make a sandwich for themselves do they only had a few things? Also protein bowls – how am I to chop my tomatoes and everything else added to my bowl if I’m on the go? Do they not chop them up anymore? Not impressed for what you spend!

The young guy making the sandwiches just looked at me without saying anything. So I just looked at him until he finally asked me what I wanted….not friendly, and rude. The amount (or lack of) of turkey on my sub was a joke. Like eating bread and lettuce. Disappointed.

Wait in drive thru line for 10 minutes to order 4 sandwiches bc you can man a drive thru but not the counter. Anyway go I order sandwich to sit at window for 5 minutes and the guy to open window take my money. Couple minutes later comes back and asks what kind of bread we want for 1 sandwich because you are out of white bread. All of our sandwiches were on white bread….asked for my money back and wasted 20 minutes
